Buyer beware with this dealer! Service is horrendous. Elderly parents bought 25k jeep a few years ago. Engine replaced once during warranty. Same engine problem at 68k thousand miles, but dealer informs us we are out of luck because warranty expired. Elderly couple just needs to keep adding oil. Solution? We can sell you another car? Never will deal or refer this Bosak dealer again. Lesson learned with this Bosak dealer. Service manager arrogant and did everything possible to discourage us from ever coming back. As a matter of fact, the entire service department acted this way throughout process. A little surprised, this coming from a former Andrean 59er!!!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!!!!’nnnnnnnnmnnn

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle here and the service was remarkable. All of the staff were very friendly, especially our salesperson Denise Recker. She was very detail oriented about the vehicles we looked at and ultimately the one we purchased. She didnt try to hold back any information from us, answered every single question and worked extremely hard and diligently to get us what we wanted and a great deal. I would definitely recommend this dealer and especial Denise Recker.
