So far so good. Called yesterday and set up an appointment and Heather recognized my name right away when I dropped off my bike. Will do another review when I get my bike back. So far I am pleased with the interaction and professional mannerisms of the staff.

Working out of town and towing around your bike is all fun till something breaks and you have no tools to fix it. The people here hooked me up. Quick turn around and had it back to me in no time.

Fast quick service, very personable, they have a dog so thats a plus. Only negative is they implied my 03 dyna is getting up there in years. Its not old and neither am I. I would definitively use them again on a standard or metric street bike.

Im in the process of rebuilding a 2006 GSX-R 750 and it needed the triple tree installed and new tires. I also ran into an issue where the bike wouldnt start anymore after clearing codes and they were able to find the tip sensor was incorrectly positioned. Fast turn around time! Thanks guys!

Mounted and balanced tires on my BMW wheels while I waited. Was willing to show me the tools (to ensure no marring) and did the work in 30 minutes while I browsed their shop. Best prices in town from my research. They did a perfect job and are generally good guys! I will definitely be back for tires in the future.

Would give 0 starts if that was an option. Be sure you dont have to return something to these idiots. Was charged a $24 fee because something was too small. Then to top it off, they bash me and say it was my fault! These people dont know how to run a business!!!! BBB is my next stop to complain.

Service and response time were incredible. Seth was very friendly and the price was right. I dropped my bike off and it was ready after 45 minutes, every other shop I called had a turnaround of at least 24 hours. I will certainly be coming back.

These guys were great. Every other shop in the Treasure Valley had at least a two month repairs wait time. These guys are for real. I have them do a lot of work on my bike when i cant do it myself. They are very fair on prices and always proactively show me things I can do myself. Not exactly the kind of thing you would do if you were trying to maximize profits, but I really like that from them, and this is why I have them do all the work I need done on my bike.

I have been planning this trip all summer and would have been really bummed if I wasnt able to go. Im happy to report that these guys are AWESOME. Ive given it plenty of time before leaving a review and here I am. First, when I rode past the lifespan of my rear tire, they understood the mistake and were extremely friendly and helpful when choosing the right tire for my style, (Dunlop Roadsmart III), and got it done very promptly and correctly the first time around.Then a few months ago I got another Dunlop Roadsmart III for the front as well as a chain that I purchased separately and brought in and they were still happy to help and take care of me. No complaints whatsoever and they even recognized me from almost a year ago. Overall, amazing service and even better prices. Just read the return policy before you buy because its a little different than other shops.
