Riding through Idaho from Oregon and came to the dealership with a check engine light with no appointment. The staff at the service department was excellent and was able to review the issue. While the code was not a major issue, they recognized that I needed an update on my stage 2 and took care of me. My hats off to Boise Indian. You guys are outstanding and represent the Indian brand well. Definitely 5 stars

I purchased a 2020 Indian Challenger here in January 2021. My initial experience with their sales team was excellent. Hunter went out of his way to help me over the phone since I lived so far away and got everything ready. The agreed deal was to trade my two motorcycles in and pay $5000 out the door all inclusive (tax/title/fees/etc.). All appeared well and I left that day a happy customer.When the title came in February the registration office called and said that although some of the fees were paid, there was still money owed and I would need to come pay it to collect the title. I called the dealership repeatedly and emailed their finance contact Parker, who said if I were to show a receipt of the amount owed I would be reimbursed. I sent her that information Friday Feb 12th and was told I would hear back. She emailed back the following Tuesday Feb 16th asking for some additional info but then rescinding that saying they had what they needed.I called back repeatedly the following month and was either sent to voicemail or told they were busy and I would receive a call back. I emailed again on Mar 31st just asking for an update. I have not heard anything since. Additionally, they only filed the report of sale to my DVR for one of the two motorcycles, so I had to pay for the other.Frankly Im disappointed, because I had an excellent in-person experience and am very happy with the motorcycle, but they elected to ghost me over $109.53 (96.28 in unpaid fees and 13.25 to report vehicle sale). 5 stars for sales team, 1 star for finance, average 3. Take your chances.

Outstanding dealership and staff. I traveled from Vancouver, Washington all the way here because of the service I got and their effort to get me the bike I wanted. It was the smoothest and most satisfying vehicle purchase Ive ever made. Zeb and Jason were honest and very helpful in getting me on my 2018 Indian Scout Sixty. Jason even came out on a Sunday morning to help me load the bike on a trailer for the long trip home! Ill definitely be back if I buy another Indian Motorcycle.

Not the best experience. Went in to check out some bikes... I was determined to buy a bike and totally was ignored. Its not like it was super busy or anything like that. I guess I just had that look or its an ethnic thing I dont know. Needles to say Ill never set foot in that place again. I guess they have plenty of fools walking in there to satisfy their needs. Oh well!

Went in and was able to purchase a motorcycle quickly and confidently. Very large show room with both manufacturers with their own space along with gear, clothes, and parts. Show rooms were clean and organized with sales representatives ready available or allow you to take a look yourself.

Well today I went over to indian to look at some bikes for a possible purchase. The experience I was awesome chilled laid back atmosphere no pressure people just chillin good people who are willing to help you find the right bike for your needs and budget. If you need you bike worked on hit up Joel or John if you need clothes or a helmet or boots etc talk to Parker shell treat you right and get you the stuff you need at a reasonable price. Or if your interested in a bike hit up Hunter or Tony theyll help you pick out the bike you want and help you with the financial options that will fit you.

Great dealership amazing bike. My wife and I bought a 2019 Chieftain Darkhorse last fall and loved everything about the process except the service department. Over the first 8 months they kept getting new service writers and they all were bad at their jobs and wouldnt follow through. A few months back Dennis took over service and parts and the only weakness to the dealership has now been fixed. Dennis helped us get some work done on our bike and he was very professional and great to deal with. We highly recommend you checking out the dealership and test driving an Indian. Owning Harleys in the past you can pay me to give up my Indian for another Harley. Thanks again Dennis for all your help this week, we will be back soon to purchase more upgrades.

By far the best group of people we now call family. The information we absorbed, the welcome we felt and the pleasure of now owning our new baby purchased during the Baker City Rally will be forever a memory that will always take our breath away and make us smile. When hubby said we (husband AND wife) need a bike to accommodate certain important and specific needs, the friendly and very knowledgeable Jeff answered all our questions.....yes ours, and came through with what we now are very pleased to call our new ride, a 2018 Chieftain Classic. From my experience, sales people do not cater to the wife if husband is driver and wife is “just” a passenger.....big no-no. Way to go Indian Motorcycle for being on top of taking care of customers needs, wants and request. Some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Let me start by saying that I didnt end up buying my bike from these guys because the bike I wanted was a very specific color with options and it was hard to find. Ryan was awesome! He answered emails and responded with texts even when the dealership was closed. He sent me additional pictures and was incredibly helpful. I wish I could have purchased my bike from them, but I will definitely be using them for all my service. Thanks guys!

There is no need to shop around with these guys. Jason has been absolutely wonderful to work with, I reached out to him back in January about the scout bobber! I went from doing my own build on the website to making a phone call to these guys and from there they made everything so easy! The pricing was the best and Jason knows what he is talking about and that has given me such peace of mind, especially where these guys are 5 hours away from me! Speaking of that they also delivered my bike with all the customs done and even gave me my stock stuff. Hands down the best place to buy a motorcylce and again ask for Jason he will take care of you like he took care of me!

I have NEVER had a better experience than this cool little Indian store. I met the manager, Zeb, who was not only knowledgable but very honest about how things worked. ( I hate playing games. ) No one was pushy, and they all seemed like riders that actually wanted to be there for more than just to sell me something. Its a really nice change from the typical sales environment.

Needed a spanner wrench for my Chief Vintage and my local (Georgia) dealer wouldnt order it for one reason then another. Great dealership! I have been looking for a low mileage Indian Chieftain and I found a 2015 with 2,556 miles in mint condition. I live in Reno and I had to get the dealership to agreed on a price before I would spend the money to fly up. Jeff the sales manage was great to work with I ended up paying what I would consider a good price. They ended up reducing the price by a $1,000. From the time I walked in the place until I hit road back to Reno was two and half hours including the test drive. No pressure to up sell me on things I didn’t need. For those of you on the fence about purchasing an Indian, have no fear this is a great ride it puts my old Fatboy to shame. Last, the most joyable part about buying this bike at Sawtooth I got the opportunity to dive 425 miles back home.

The maintenance guys at Sawtooth are some great guys, with manners to match workmanship. Doesnt scare me when theyve got my motorcycle.

The salesman I worked with was incredibly pushy. He kept trying to get me to shell out money on things I didnt need and he tried to sell me a $15,000 bike as my first bike. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you enjoy bad service and rude salesmen.

I just bought a 2019 Scout from this amazing company and I have to say I have never had a better vehicle purchasing experience. I first went into the shop December of 2018 to test drive a Scout and Tamilla Macklin was the first to introduce herself representing the company. I asked all kinds of questions and she delivered on each one, if she didnt know the answer she found out for me. I told her I couldnt purchase now but I would be back in the spring. Tamillas follow up was on point, not overbearing nor unprofessional, just enough to stay in touch! Earlier this week I got off work and called last minute to bring in my Yamaha V-Star for a trade in quote, everyone at Sawtooth was flexible and waited after hours for me to come in. The following day Tamilla got the ball rolling and had numbers ready for me by the end of the day, including the parts I wanted. Again I was crunched for time but everyone helped and we got my bike purchased that night. I even did my credit over the phone so that everything was ready to go by the time I got there. I was able to take my new bike home that night to get a feel for the stock accessories. I took in my bike the following morning to get my accessories put on and was able to pick up my bike by the end of the day. Sawtooth honored their running promo and I was able to get $100 off the seat I ordered. Everyone at Sawtooth is fun, knowledgeable, and responsive. I would and will recommend them from now on, official lifetime customer. Ask for Tamilla when going in, she really knows her products and her customer service is hard to beat.
