Always great visiting this location. Mollie keeps me up to date on my appointments. Mollie does a great job. Michelle goes out of her way to take care of any issues I have with my aids. Both ladies are very proficient and great to deal with. Patient and great hospitality. I hear really great with my new beltones.

I tell EVERYONE to come to Beltone. The girls have always been wonderful about helping with anything going on. Friendly, patient and compassionate to me every time I enter the door. Beltone has the best hearing aids around and especially when you get this good of customer service.

My previous experience with Beltone was so so to negative. I have returned to see Michelle who was awesome! Had a very positive experience and will be happy to return for service on my aids and highly recommend her to others needing hearing help! I have used Beltone for approximately 7 years now and have purchased 3 sets of hearing aids during that time so I sincerely think all will end well. Let me finish my review at this time. Michelle has been very helpful to me over the past few months since I met her and told her of my left hearing aid problem and the surgery, radiation and chemotherapy I had been through which affected my hearing tremendously . I had to send off my left hearing aid to get it repaired and she kept me in The loop on the progress and immediately called me when it came . I just today sent off my. Right hearing aid for a similar problem and she assured me she would push it on through since I depend on my hearing aids so much. She saw me immediately when I told her of my problem today and I appreciated that very much. Thanks Beltone and Michelle 👍 Job well Done .

The lady that waited on my husband was very kind and knowledge able about Beltone. We were very impressed. My husband is so happy with his hearing aids. This lady was wonderful.

There is a lot i can say about the wonderful people that work in the meridian office, but not enough space for it all. They truly took care of my parents and since they have passed, they have taken wonderful care of the new patients that I gave my parents aids too. I brought the aids in and they cleaned them up and gave me the facts about what the new patients needed to do, to be able to use the aids. I chose people who were friends of my parents who needed aids but couldnt afford any. Its what my parents would have wanted. I have since heard from the people and they truly love Beltone and the care that they receive from the Meridian office. I dont need hearing aids just yet, but there will be no other option for me when I do need them. Thank you Beltone for all you do!

I love Michelle and Beltone. I was aggravated to wear the aids because I was having trouble. I came to see Michelle and fell in love with her. She helped me to understand what was going on with my hearing and explained it well. She then adjusted my aids and I am hearing very good!! There is no background noises now and everything is so clear and plain!! I love my new adjustment and my beltones!

Very Respectful of my needs. I called in advance to see if they would come outside to get my hearing aid so I didnt have to come inside and Lesley assured me that was no problem. When I arrived my wife called to let them know we were outside and Brittany came out greeted us with a smile took my hearing aid inside and cleaned in and brought it back out in no time. This is what you call GREAT customer service.

I have been a Beltone hearing aid user for 10 years. After recently purchasing the Beltone Imagine 17 Aid I CAN NOT RECOMMEND Beltone. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product and service. I would not even give one star if that were possible.

From the time I called to make an appointment to walking in the door for my first appointment. The ladies in Meridian were extremely nice & courtesy. Lesley knew the knowledge to explain to me about my hearing loss and how I needed to do something today. I had been missing out on a lot of sounds & conversation and I didn’t want to miss out anymore!The first time I put the Amaze hearing aids on, I was amazed at what all I had been missing. I love the rechargeable aids & the streaming.I will be sending all of my co-workers, family and friends to Beltone Meridian. They truly care for their patients.

I am very happy with my fathers experience with Beltone. I know he went several places before deciding to come back. They are always so kind and considerate with my father. They have spent alot time each and every visit showing him how to use his aids and to care for them. Beltone is the only place to go when you need hearing help.

Just over 3 months ago I decided that I had had enough of being unable to hear in a room full of people with all of the background noise. I was only hearing bits and pieces of those conversations. What was really bad was that I missed out some of what my grandchildren were saying. So I went to Beltone Meridian to see what could be done. Since I had already received a free hearing test in April I knew going in that hearing aids were necessary.I was seen by a concerned and committed staff that made me feel like family and took my hearing problems seriously. After about 30 minutes, they had me fitted with hearing aids. It was then that I realized just how much I had been missing. It is a joy beyond measure that I am now able to hear my grandchildren when they speak without asking them to repeat themselves. I can also hear another person when I am in crowd of people. I am immensely pleased with the staff of Beltone in Meridian!
