I’ve been a customer of Audibel since 2018. I’ve found the place to be friendly and efficient. The receptionist is the best. Today I went in to look at buying new hearing aids (My second pair from this company) I had gotten my hearing test from a doctor of audiology and wanted Oticon hearing aids. The staff advised me that they didn’t service them and didn’t have the software to adjust them. They weren’t interested in doing so either. I definitely left very disappointed. So while I am overall happy with Audibel, I’m not going to use the company any longer. If you don’t want Oticon hearing aids, I’d definitely recommend Audibel to the folks in Meridian.
