The Pharmacy tech, Whitney, is absolutely amazing. She has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in the medical field in one way or another for 34 years. Whitney is the most compassionate person I have dealt with. She will make an amazing nurse one day!! Thank you Whitney

Ive been going to them for about 3-4 years now. The system wont work with my phone for some reason but I just call in and enter the prescription number. Normally doesnt take long, maybe 10 minutes (but not during rushes). Theyre always nice and Ive never had a problem with them.
Zero starsAs a medical provider in Boise for 25 years, and as a leader in our Idaho association, I am so sad to write about the abominable service I received tonight from the pharmacy in Meridian and Overland. The pharmacist was not only unhelpful but condescending, arrogant and rude. I was trying to get some pain medication for a patient that I had seen that day. I was able to speak with a very kind, informative pharmacist at a WALGREENS immediately after who helped guide me in an alternative prescription that we could get to her to treat her immediate need of pain relief. Im sorry Walmart customers have to deal with such an individual.
There are medications that I have to pick up every month so I am here A LOT! I love this pharmacy! Everyone has always been very helpful and gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Even when they are super busy, they are great. I love being able to use the drive up occasionally. I really appreciate that I can ask for refills through my online account and then pick them up the same day.
Ive been using this pharmacy for a while but recently they have been an issue. I went to pick up my medication and they said it was in their warehouse and would be there the next day. So I came in the next day and the same thing. This went on for a week. So I got it transferred somewhere else. My boyfriend, who has the same medication also used this pharmacy and about a week after this happened to me, so 2 weeks in total, they still didnt have the medication and told him the same thing. That its in their warehouse and would be there the next day. In my mind this just means that someone keeps forgetting to order it. Its frustrating and a waste of time to have to chase down a prescription. Im switching pharmacies.

These people are awesome. They have a drive thru pick up and drop off on the opposite side of the store which is kinda cool. The drive up does close 30 before the pharmacy but they do what they can to help. Fairly good prices
I have been coming to this pharmacy for a few months now, since moving across country. Every time I have come they are almost an hour over the time frame that they give for my daughter’s medication to be filled. Today, I called to make sure hey received her prescriptions that the Dr called in. They confirmed and told me they would have them ready in an hour. It’s been an hour and 20 minutes. I came to pick up the medications and they told me they won’t be ready for another 20-25 minutes. I asked why they weren’t ready when they said because I have another place to go in 10 minutes. She turned off the intercom and wouldn’t even talk to me! This is ridiculous!!! Poor service and horrible timing.
The pharmacists are great. The techs are rude, slow, and not helpful! Always lose my medication scripts. Blame everything on insurance companies when its their foul up.Pharmacy never has enough of my medications so I have to make at least 2 trips per month.
Ok look - if i could give zero i would-= i usually have absolutely no problem with them but now i have given them 4 chances and they royally screwed up every time- I AM CHANGING PHARMACISTS BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE- there were three to four prescriptions that came in and when i went to get them they claimed i only had one. would not even look to see if i was correct called in and asked for a script fill and they said it would be a few days- gotta request from the dr office again- OKAY, three days later- nothing. call Dr office says no request - went in and they say nothing is on file for the med, the request or evidence of my call and i have to go back to dr to get the script again. pur in request for the med again - watched dr send it and called to confirm- go in and walmart doesnt have the med at all. go in for 4 meds, on is on file as been partially dispensed- they cant find it- takes 20 min to figure out but go through with the motions and put them in - i am out of these life sustaining medications at the moment- now is close to close time(8:25 pm) and they say to come back just before close(9pm) and will have it- show up and the damn place closed down 3 minutes early!! NO MEDS. I AM GONE
