We were recommended Francini, Inc. and came in to look for the granite for our kitchen countertop. We were welcomed with a smile and we had the pleasure of meeting Jasmine! Jasmine explained all the information on the levels of granite and we were able to browse. We tentatively decided on the slab but were going to come back with a sample of our floor tile to make sure our choice would match. We came back today and again Jasmine took the time to help us and made sure we found what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Francini, Inc. and be sure to ask for Jasmine. She was so knowledgeable, pleasant and made this a great experience for us!

If looking for new countertops this is where you need to go. They were super helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy especially with such a big purchase. They were awesome about moving the stone to either see one that was buried or hidden or at the very least when you wanted to see how it looks in sunlight versus in the shop. We have had a lot of problems with Francinis in Meridian.We wanted marble countertops in our kitchen, but we were concerned about staining and scratching. The Francinis salesperson assured us that quartzite was stronger than granite and unlike marble, quartzite was more resistant to water and scratching. It was also a lot more expensive than marble. We purchased two beautiful slabs of Tahiti quartzite that look just like marble for our fabricator to cut, treat, and install as countertops.After installation, we noticed the staining almost immediately. The countertops were soaking up water like a sponge. Splatter from the kitchen sink, or steam from opening the dishwasher door after a cycle would lead to big gray stains on the countertops. It looked terrible, but thankfully it was just water. We contacted Francinis and they told us that it was natural stone and it could be porous. They suggested treating it again. The fabricator treated it a second time. The fabricator told us that they had never seen quartzite that was as porous as ours. It behaved like marble.Francini refused to help us because they offer no warranty on natural stone. They recommended a third company to come in to poultice most of the existing stains and to apply their proprietary finish to the countertops, but Francinis refused to pick up any of the costs associated with this. The third company also did some scratch repair on the countertop because our countertops scratch very easily, like marble. They encouraged us to contact Francinis because our countertops werent behaving like normal quartzite.I asked Francinis for documentation about our slabs because they behave like marble. They said they dont have that documentation because materials vary by lot and by where they come from on the hill.I asked Francinis to split the costs of the additional treatments I had to have done on the countertops right after installation. They refused because they offer no warranty on natural stone.Francinis does not stand behind their natural stone products.Updated 09/20/2021 - On July 20, I received this from Francinis - Okay, let me know what the total for half is. I will do my best to push this through with my corporate office. Would you be willing to take down/respond/edit your google review since/when this has been addressed? I apologize again for the experience youve had. They admit and accept that this is their mistake, but two months later they still havent done anything about it. Not great.

Great place, best selection in the valley!

We had been having a difficult time finding the right slabs to meet our specific color and pattern criteria. We visited a number of granite suppliers before we found Francini. Patrick at Francini was patient and extremely helpful. He proactively helped us find the right slabs. The slabs we purchased are exactly what we wanted and look wonderful installed.

Francini is the best stone wholesaler in the industry. The staff at the Meridian branch is phenomenal. From their exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of the product, and their ability to go above and beyond for their customers, they are truly one of a kind. I have recommended Francini to others and will continue to do so. They have truly raised the bar in the industry and continue to provide the best quality and most comprehensive products out there. We purchased our slab through Signature Granite (do not recommend) but could not be happier with the stone itself. The countertops are beautiful and cant expect there to be a higher quality.

Doing a home remodel is stressful enough but add to that, looking for products that arent available and it can be overwhelming. Francini makes it easy with the largest selection of granite in the treasure valley to choose from. On top of that, of all the granite showrooms I visited, my experience at Francici was pleasant and welcoming.
