I took a printing project to Michelle who is the Print Dept Mgr. I had to visit a couple of times because I was not exactly sure how I wanted my labels and tags to look. Michelle was very helpful and very patient through the whole process. She also applied a coupon to part of my order which helped me with the overall cost of the project. Office Depot, you need to clone this lady!!!! She should also be recognized for way she treats customers with grace and kindness. Reward her, she deserves it!

Do NOT order any large or nice equipment from this store! It will come in a fully marked box and the boys delivering will go ahead and back their rented penske into your driveway and put the clearly marked expensive packages right in front of your garage for anyone on the road to see! Also there will be shoe prints on the box marked fragile. Beware.

Bought a computer for my wifes schooling here a little over a year ago for $700 and the charge port broke and computer is running very slow. I purchased the extended warranty as well. They dont keep any records of receipts for longer than a year! Well than dont sell extended warranties if you cant go back 3 years, duh! They quoted 450 dollars to fix just the charging port not including parts, meridian computer quoted 125 with parts. The tall kid in the IT department was rude to my wife and gave her the wrong charging cord back after looking at the computer. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN, And letting all my friends know to go elsewhere! I dont write bad reviews often but I find this necessary. She needs her computer and I cant afford to buy one every year.

Couldnt find my 3-hole punch at home and Office Depot let me use the one in their copy center. Nice! And we ended up finding some great extended Black Friday deals, too! Happy customer. 😁

Worst service in town. All of the employees standing at the front and ignoring customers. Only guy that helped a customer, chased her through the store because she was in short shorts. I will have to to take my $1000 elsewhere.

First and last time I will ever go in this store. The one cashier was incompetant and the manager was snooty when I asked if another register could please be opened when he came to rescue the cashier. Thing is I had already been in the check out line once and waited as the cashier was having problems with a customers transaction. So I got tired of waiting and went to do more shopping. When I came back the cashier was still with that same customer. Ridiculous.

They have some great advertised prices. Wanted a zip drive with a larger memory and the cashier was happy to track it down for me when we couldnt find it on the shelf.
