Bought new Suzuki engine that had factory problems. The Owner Troy and his wife Vicki went way beyond the normal to rectify all problems. Troy went so far as to put my old engine back on so I wouldnt miss Halibut fishing on the coast. They got everything resolved boat runs great. Would highly recommend them for all your needs. Buying a new boat can cause anxiety in the best of circumstances, but try doing that during a pandemic when boats, motors, trailers and parts can be almost impossible to find. I got lucky when I found Indian Creek Sports, very lucky. Everyone there is a complete pro, and they did every thing they could and then some to deliver my new boat on time, even after the one motor we found after searching the entire country arrived from UPS in pieces. Troy, the owner, gave me a great deal. Vicki, his wife, sent email after email, making sure everything was going to work. And Joe worked tirelessly for me, starting from preparing initial estimates to getting me out of the parking lot by switching the ball on the wrong hitch Id bought. I hope my new boat lasts years, but I also hope Indian Creek Sports will be around when I need another one. They are simply the best.

Id give this place 0 stars if I could but not an option. My father in law just had a terrible experience here and Im honestly shocked cause this is kuna and everyone is very friendly to one another here. My father in law went in to check out boats and as he walked in was yelled at for not wearing a mask he then asked if he could have someone meet him outside to look at boats and a man came out and was on the phone the whole time while he was suppose to be helping my dad. He proceeded to walk around back to look at more boats and was yelled at again. He decided to just leave and none of us will ever return. You lost one amazing customer who was ready to purchase a boat. From the looks of some of these reviews kindness and good customer service isnt on their agenda.

Cant say enough about the great customer service these guys provided. My 1996 Lowe fish and ski boat is running great! Having a go to mechanic for your boat needs is a must! Their pricing is very fair, and they got my boat finished very quickly during the peak of the season.

Troy went the extra mile to make sure everything was ready to go. When it got there I mounted the motor, added oil and it started on the first pull. I have tried to give this place my business a couple of times for several different boats. The owner/older man who works here is a terribly rude individual. He is lazy and will not even try to see if they have parts available. The yard area is a complete mess. I am not sure how these people remain open.

Very bad experience, could not hook up batteries, could not hook up panther T5, trouble installing kicker plate, accounting and billing a nightmare, they do not back up workThis business is mess, they over billed me, had my boat boat for months, they left four un filled holes in my boat, I tried to communicate with the owner, he began yelling and then his wife was yelling in the back ground, we cant afford to fix your boat. Its worth driving to boise to a professional honest shop, good luck!

We went to ICS looking to get our first boat. We wanted a used older boat in case we discovered boating wasn’t for us. No point spending $20k on something you only use once or twice a year. It seems like a used boat anywhere else is only a year old. Troy totally understood and didn’t pressure us to buy out of the price range we had set. We found a little boat we liked and Troy then helped us pick out a motor based on our needs as well. As we were first time boaters, having Troy come out to test everything was really appreciated as he gave us the basic rundown of what and what not to do. We have taken our boat out several times now and enjoyed every minute of it. We may get a bigger boat someday and if we do, we’ll be back.

My husband finally talked me in to buying a boat. He dragged me all over the Treasure Valley looking at boats. We eventually ended up at Indian Creek Sports in Kuna because we kept hearing good things about the owner. The owner Troy went out of his way to answer all of our questions. Once we settled on the boat we wanted, he had his mechanics go through the boat and motor to make sure that everything was working. Troy then took us to the water to make sure that we knew exactly what we was doing and to make sure that the boat ran good. I dont know of any other dealer that offers that kind of service, but we are so thankful that he took the time. We would recommend this place to all our family and friends.

No one knows what is going on dont waste your time.

Very poor customer service. Had nothing but problems with the boat motor (returned the boat twice in two weeks after purchasing) until it completely went out a month and a half after owning it. The owner accused my husband of running it out of the water and burning it up, he honored his warranty only because he didnt know the motor was completely blown up at the time he offered the replacement, he replaced the motor but told us he wasnt going to give a warranty on the replacement and he was done with us and now were finding the replacement motor is sputtering and there is a cable zip tied to the aluminum block inside the motor and metal shavings left inside the motor. Buyer beware of this place

Took my boat in for overheating problems and they gave me an estimate. Completed the work for less than I thought. Super good guys to work with. Would recommend them to anyone.
