Mina was amazing to work with. We were recommended to Cot Spa by Idaho Spa who was not able to replace our cover. The cover looks amazing and is top notch quality. The cover is tented ever so slightly for water and snow removal. Mina was able to make our custome cover in less that 30 days and was very reasonably priced. She was a delight to work with as well. I cant recommend Cots enough. Quality, value and great service. Bonus.. they will take your old cover away with delivery.

Came in looking to possibly get my hot tub buckles fixed. Due to COVID and lots of demand they are really busy. Chatted with the employee on duty and figured out a hold over option. Great customer service!I had been waiting for a paid-in-full replacement Hot Springs Spa cover from Snake River Pool and Spa for over 10 months! It never arrived and they false promised time after time. Cot Spa Covers came through after my very bad experience with Snake River Pool and Spa.

My cover is terrific. Unlike most spa covers, it is tapered, thicker in the center and thinner on the edges, so snow or water slides off. I have had mine for several years and am very satisfied. When I need a new one I will go to Cot Spa. Have recommended them to others.

First, I was happy to find someone who made them locally! I called she was so nice! She helped me make sure I had the right measurements on the phone and we got it done very quickly. Super nice! My cover was well over due to be replaced, as it was absorbing water and was very heavy. I looked online to find may covers with free shipping and was about ready to order one. But then looked to see if there was any local places, where I could get one. I called and talked to Smitty and he told me that they make a special cover for our weather here in the Treasure Valley. They have a 5 year warranty and said it would last 7 years. There pricing was about the same, as the online places for a standard cover, but for $40 extra, they come out a measure, so you get a exact custom fit. Plus they install it and take the old one away. Smitty came out that same afternoon I called and ordered. He brought a whole bunch of color samples and we picked a nice dark brown one. He told me it would be made next week and would come out and install it. I placed the order on Thursday and they installed it on Monday. Wow, that is great customer service and the spa cover is similar to ones I found on line for $700. Very light and high quality products. Dont order online to save a buck, call Smitty and he will take care of you.

Just 10 business days ago I telephone Cot Spa Covers and requested one of their covers be made for a spa I just inherited. I gave the dimensions over the phone and after being asked a couple of additional question I began waiting for my new cover. We picked it up today and brought it home. It fit perfectly and looks beautiful. AND to top it off they will dispose of your old cover. I am so pleased with my cover and also pleased to give this fantastic local company my business.

I made my own wood-fired hot tub using a 300 gallon oblong stock tank, and a submersible wood-fired scuba stove in the middle. Mena (spelling?) came to Boise for some measurements, and I get the three-piece cover with 4 foam in a week, for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I inquired about a special cover for my pool table & when I was done explaining my needs & expectations, she simply replied I will do this for you - After a couple consultations about the details & obstacles that needed to be figured out, my cover was done... When I picked it up, I was beyond impressed - This custom cover took my BatCave to a whole new level & with the help from the Wrap Shop on the picture inserts, visitors cant help but stop in awe before expressing how awesome the cover is!!! We needed a new hot tub cover and I researched the internet high and low for a site that would deliver one in less than the average 4-6 weeks timeframe. I resorted to searching locally, accepting that Id need to bite the bullet and cough up a few more $$.Not only was our new hot tub cover top notch quality, done in roughly 10 days and cheaper than any site I had found online, but they also took our old, broken down cover and disposed of it so we didnt have to figure out what to do with it.I can only praise and recommend these guys to anyone needing custom cover work done.
