Found exactly what I needed, with great customer service.

I went in to the store for a simple hair mask treatment and none of the employees were wearing masks. I immediately felt uncomfortable but tried to just stay 6 feet away from them and grab the product that I needed. One of the employees literally followed me around the store after I repeatedly asked for some space and stated I just wanted to look and didn’t need help. I ended up leaving before I could even grab the product because the employees were standing so close without any masks whatsoever. I am high risk for this virus and have spent a year not getting covid so I certainly wasn’t going to catch it now from a rude employee.If you need to go to a Sally beauty, drive to the one in Boise. They actually care about public safety and will wear a mask when you enter the store.

My experiences in store are great, but they frequently close early. This is the third time that Ive tried going to the store at 5:45 PM, when it says online that they do not close until 7 PM, and the doors are locked.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. The representative at the counter reminded me, unsolicited, that if I was not satisfied with the product I could bring it back. I wouldnt, but I appreciated the transparency.

I experienced the best customer service from this location earlier today. I was asked if I could use any assistance looking for products right when I walked in. I explained my ‘at home bleached it myself’ crisis and the girls helped immediately. They were so incredibly kind and showered me in compliments that truly made me feel so much better/cared for. They picked out the best products for me and explained how they would help me get the look I wanted. My hair looks SO much better and I’m really thankful for the team and this store. Thank you so much you guys!!

I asked about a specific brand, neither of the sales staff knew of it. I found it on the self myself. Plus the shelves were pretty bare. One staff said Covid had affected their ability to get shipments.

The ladies here are Amazing! There was only one on the clock as we went in, However she was able to help us pick out some amazing purple color AND help 2 others all at the same time with no issue. She was so pleasant and happy, it was refreshing.

Always have everything I need with friendly people willing to help and great advice on products that would improve my hair in the way I want it to be. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I just called in looking for a product and talked with Nicole (sorry if you spell it differently). She answered and I could tell in her voice she was busy but still had a bright cheerful tone and went to look for my product. Unfortunately its not in stock but Nicole was very informative and was also very helpful in recommending which stores to call with the best luck at finding what I wanted. Thank you!!!

Yesterday at Sallys I had literally the most wonderful experience with Destiny. It always sticks out to me when I have great service somewhere and I leave a review but this is different, really. This was not one of those times, this was THE ULTIMATE customer service experience. Im a bit disappointed it happened to me at only 23 years old, because Im unsure anyone will ever be able to top my interaction with her at a store again. Okay enough about how my retail interactions have peaked. Long story short I went in for my hard gel polish and a top coat. The polish shelves looked really bare and I was unable to find my top coat. I continued staring at the wall in hopes that I had missed something. Destiny was busy stocking the shelves but she saw the hard gel in my hand and that I was still just staring at the wall. She told me they just got a shipment with some new colors and asked if I wanted to check them out. Of course I wanted to! The box she grabbed was mixed with plain polish and gels. I would have been okay sorting through those myself but Destiny grabbed another empty box and began to sort polish and gel to make it easier for me. We chatted while she was sorting and I was browsing. She recommended some really beautiful polishes as we went through them (and theyre amazing). I left the store yesterday with 5 more polishes than intended, but I also left in such a good mood. Destiny made me feel no only like a priority, but like a friend. I will be back! Thank you, Destiny!

I went there earlier today and I had the best experience! I was greeted by Jasper (sorry if spelt it wrong) and she helped me find everything I needed including extras to help my hair strength during the process! The lady who checked my out was also great! I forgot her name but she was awesome.

I’m glad it seems like everyone has had a good experience in this store because the associates straight up ignored me at the counter for a good 10 minutes before I put my stuff back and left. One associate said she would find someone to assist me. I literally stood there and watched as she didn’t ask anyone and went on her merry way talking with someone she apparently was real giddy about talking to. Sorry I don’t look important enough to treat like a normal customer. I’m disgusted.

I found the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. They checked up on me several times during my visit, making sure I found what I was looking for. My only complaint about this store was the difficulty I had in finding the prices of items. Many of their products either did not have a tag on the package or had no label nearby with the price. Otherwise, I had an enjoyable visit and found everything I needed to get.

I took my mom here to see if they could help find a head scarf for my mom after chemotherapy. Unfortunately they did not have anything. The ladies that worked there were very kind and referred us to a store that could help. My mom and I were very surprised at and extremely happy with how kind, understanding, and helpful they were even though they did not have what we needed.

The gal at the register was rude and has entitlement issues. She should learn how to hold her tongue and keep her opinions to herself . I will not be shopping at this Sallys, again..

There is no product I went to two places and in neither of them did I find what I really needed I had to buy something else to be able to paint my hair.

Absolutely horrible customer service. When your return policy is “Love it or return it guarantee” you should probably honor YOUR policy. Instead I go in and get treated very poorly by their staff member and she tells me it was “user error”... So disrespectful and rude. Will NEVER go back and will definitely warn others to stay away from Sally’s. All of there locations.

HORRIBLE customer service. The girl hardly spoke when I asked about gel polish. I asked if there were any coupons in email and she didnt know, I found one and she had already rang my purchase and didnt offer any correction or apology. She couldnt take large cash, so I had to use my card...couldnt take cash? She just stood there and looked at me. Waiting for me to leave. I was so frustrated, I didnt even ask if she could fix the purchase. I think Ill head to Ulta from now on.
