We had a flat on our RV and they sent someone out quickly to get us back on the road. We needed a couple of new tires so went by the shop and again were met with friendly and efficient tire specialists. Highly recommend!

Have used several times. On luxury cars. Always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me alternatives instead of the more expensive tires and have had no problem with the tires

I needed an alignment on my vehicle and the rims are a little bigger than normal no one else on meridian would align my vehicle because of this,but Southern Tire Mart took me in like a puppy on the street 😂 thank yal

Go here!!!! The guys at Southern Tire Mart (specifically Robbie, Danny and Gary) went above and beyond to get me back on the road!I’ve been traveling in a Winnebago and had 2 tires blow yesterday. No place within 50 miles had the ones I needed but they ordered them and even offered to pick them up yesterday! They helped me find a safe place to stay over night while they ordered the tires and even came to pick me up and take me back to the shop. The service can’t be spoken highly enough. If there were more stars, they would definitely be given to them! Thanks guys!!!!

My experience was terrible. I bought 2 steer tires from Southern Tire Mart. The right front blew. By my stopping so quickly l didnt shred the tire. It did ruin the side wall though. Well, you guessed it, Southern Tire Mart doesnt want to replace or warranty the tire. The tire wasnt on the truck 90 days. There is no puncture wounds in the tire. The tire has a manufacturer defect some where. What do I do

Àn update to a previous post I had regarding a negative experience with this establishment, I was unable to have a new set of tires mounted and balanced on a Saturday morning a few weeks back because they felt they didnt have time before closing which is the reason for only 4 stars and not 5, so I had the job done at a different shop, I had a steering wheel shake a afterwards, so I took it to a different shop and had them rebalanced, still had a shake, determined which tire was causing the problem and ordered a new replacement, better, but still some shake, called Gary this morning and he told me to bring it in and let them take a shot at it, I did and the tire tech rebalanced all 4 tires and rode down the road with me to ensure the problem was resolved, it is, and I am happy with the level of work performed.The tire tech, the guy at the front counter, and Gary couldnt have been nicer about the situation, the car is right and I am happy, the guys know their business and I will be returning in the future, thanks guys for resolving my problem!

Arrived at 8:03am on a Saturday morning to replace 2 tires, 1 on the front and 1on the rear, then rotating the tires, leaving the 2 new tires up front. Bill paid on my way home, 8:37am!Great job!!

We were traveling from Dallas to Talladega AL, for the Geico 500 this past week. We blew 2 tires on our RV. STM took us in and put 4 new tires on the RV. They got us moving in no time at all. Fantastic service we will use STM in our home state for now on. Thank You Grant

As a multiple business owner I do not understand. I called and spoke to Randle, asked him about a set of tires I wanted. He advised they where out of those but he would order them and they would be in the following morning. We ordered them on Thursday and was looking for a Friday delivery. I took the vehicle into town in the following Tuesday and called Randle when GPS took me to the wrong location. He asked what tires I was having installed, i told him, and he advised they did not have them. When I responded that he had ordered the last Thursday and they were supposedly to be in on Friday, he just got my number and said he would call them and call me back. He never called back. Two days later I’ve still not heard back so I will go elsewhere. Just not very good business.

I work at a family business, I had one of my older drivers coming back from a run stuck on the side of the interstate with a popped tire, almost dead cell phone out of medication, who is a war hero with a purple heart,and southern tire would not dispatch anybody out due to high call volume when we were willing to prepay right then instead gave us a bogus number to call to help us and would not even give us a time to call back for them to dispatch someone out to him, long story short southern tire mart are the worst of the worst I do not recommend this place to nobody!!!!!!

Dont waste your time here! I Had a flat on my farm tractor arrived at 7am I watched for over an hour while their employees ate biscuits and played on their phones. This was my second time at this location and it takes them 2 hrs to fix my problem both times. I will not return
