I searched all over the Valley for a windshield for my brand new car. Glass Doctor was recommended by my dealer and their prices were the best. I was paying out of pocket and having the warranty is so helpful. They were also the quickest and offer free “come to you” repair which is great since I don’t have time to take it to a shop. The tech was super nice. He had my car done within an hour. Also the supplies they use allow for a super fast bond so I do not have to drive around with tape on my car. The tech also removed my car wash sticker well enough I was able to reapply it. Great service, great company.

Rapidly reinstalled (with new hinges) the old shower door after my master shower had to be retiled. There was less than a two week waiting period versus competitor glass companies which put me on their schedule many months out---that is if they actually would show up (including the original installers company). Did an excellent job with the shower door which is much better aligned with the opening than it was originally.

I had a Windshield replaced one one ehicle and that took quite a while but it came out OK.The thing that Urked me was the Chip repair on the WIFES car was VERY SHOODY and looks very AMATEURISH.It REALLY DOESNT look much better and there is NOW a SECOND CHIP that was NOT there before...I expect this new-second-chip it was done by the device they used to fill the original Chip.Im not a happy customer at all with them after this. Ive used them before with very decent craftsmanship so this was not expected from this location.Seems like after this that Ill be finding a new glass supplier for next time. Ill not take an additional chance with Glass Doctor in Meridian, Idaho again after this Inexcusable SHOODY WORKMANSHIP.

Fast service, window looks amazing! I appreciate the year warranty (especially living in Idaho with our constant chip sealing). Only complaints are- the guy I dealt with picking up my car was not friendly and seemed bothered to take my money, and the inside dash of my car was pretty filthy upon pick up. A simple two second wipe down after installation would have fixed that. (My car had just been detailed the day before so it was not dirty at drop off.)The woman I talked to on the phone while making the appointment was friendly, helpful and professional. Overall I would go back there again. The cons are easy to look past but could be easily fixed in the future.

Was shopping for a new windshield as I had two major cracks in our Jeep Patriot. Called around to a few places and was getting quoted 500-600, including safelite, plus at home installation surcharges.Called in to Glass Doctor. The lady who answered the phone was wonderful. Within 3 minutes she found a replacement, gave me a price, told me about their 12 month guarantee, and gave me options for install times, which was less than a week out. At home installation included at no price! Heres the kicker.... 200-300 less than everywhere else. Very professional and courteous. They called me the day before my appointment to remind me and again when they had finished installing my new windshield. Its been almost 2 weeks since Glass Doctor repaired our cars windshield and everything is working and fabulous. Shawn was super friendly, knowledgeable, humorous, and wildly efficient. It was quite intriguing to watch him remove the broken windshield, clean everything up for installation, install the new windshield, and pack up.The whole process of utilizing this company was easy and speedy. Our Farmers Ins agent (Hannah from Tim Nelson Agency- Meridian, ID) referred us to this company, set up the 3-way call to file the claim and then Glass Doctor called to set the service time. Fantastic customer service. They called to let me know they were on their way, called when they got to my complex, and then gave me a call when they were done. Took the tech about 45 minutes to replace my windshield and we were good to go! It couldn’t have been any easier!

Extremely friendly staff! I don’t know the value because it was covered by insurance. Walked me through the insurance process, set an appointment, and the work was completed as promised.

Rather than replacing a window with significant hard water stains they recommended removing the hard water stains with Glass Doctor Rx Glass & Surface Scrub which I used. I went on line and found some 5 inch scrubbing pads to use with a cordless drill (A corded drill has to high an rpm). The hard water stains were removed with reasonable effort. The windows look like new!

Appointment to measure was made and they came out right on time. I was given an estimate on replacing my living room window. Estimate was quite a bit less than others. The office called a couple of days later to set up an installation appointment. Again they showed up right on time. Window installed fairly quickly with very minimal harm to surrounding moldings. You could hardly tell anything was done. Window fits perfectly. Moldings put back good as new. Cleaned up and left the room spotless. Would highly recommend!

Ive used them twice now to replace the windshield on my car. Both times they got appointments set right away, showed up a few minutes early, and got it done quickly. Their techs are friendly and professional and you wouldnt know that its not the original glass when theyre done. Next time I take a rock to the windshield Ill be calling them again.

We have used the Glass Doctor many times over the years, and have been very satisfied with their quality of service and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

I visited the Meridian Glass Doctor in person with my vehicle requesting a new windshield. The front desk person and a technician came out to my vehicle and reviewed the windshield and truck specifics to verify the year, make, model, specifics. We scheduled an installation the following Monday. I took the day off of work so that the window could be installed during the 7 hour window they offered. The technician arrived at 1:00 pm and promptly told me he had the wrong window. They then scheduled a second appointment on Wednesday to install the window. I took another day off of work to get the window replaced. The timeframe offered was 5 hours and the technician showed up 4 hours into the timeframe. He installed the window and once completed requested the $50 deductible. The technician could not get his ipad to work to take my payment for 20 minutes. Eventually he called in the payment and I was charged. The following week my wife called me and asked why we were charged $50 twice on September 16th and then again on September 17th. Once I jumped in my truck, the technician had left grease/oil of somekind on the armrest. My experience with Glass Doctor has been disappointing. I have had previous experiences with Glass Doctor that were far better. I will use Safelite in the future.

I had them come out and replace the springs in my windows last year. I had a couple of the windows that were not staying up all of the way when I opened them after they replaced them. I forgot to call about it and when I was opening my windows this past week, it reminded me that I needed to call them. They said that it was over the one year mark so they wouldnt warranty their work. They could come out for $75.00 and look at it and replace them if needed. That would be another $175.00 dollars. Not impressed that the will not stand behind their work. I will not use them again!!!

Called Glass Doctor to replace a residential window. From the time I initially called through the window install, Glass Doctor’s customer service was fantastic. Upfront pricing over the phone and Don did a great job replacing the window several days later. I’ve done business with them several time prior and they have always exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately I don’t have a service to review with this place. I did call on a Sunday and talked to someone to be placed on a call back list, Tuesday comes around and I called them. The lady then told me that if I had a wooden door with 9 glass panels in it that they may not be able to fix it because back in the day they built the door around the glass. Understandable, but then I was told they would charge me 35$ just to come look at the door and see if they could fix it. Sure it goes towards the balance but if they can’t fix it, I am out 35$ for nothing but an opinion.I called Anything Glass over in Nampa, the owner came out the next day (0$, not 35$), said yep we can do that no problem it’ll be about 20$ for the glass and 75$ for labor ( OR, these are on the inside and this is how you do it, if you want to save the 75$).I chose to go through the competitor, and pay them to do it solely because they didn’t charge that initial fee to come give me a quote. I might’ve saved 20$ going through glass doctor if they didn’t have any additional install fees but I’m sure they did.This is the after pic from Anything Glass replacing it. Bottom left lane was the busted one.
