Very overpriced for the kind of quality of service you receive.I asked tech not to overfill oil multiple times. Technician talk bad of other oil businesses overfilling oil..... in the end they overfilled oil in my car at least half quart.I had to waste time, made another trip to shop for them to correct the level. They were nice first time, but now they look at you like you went home and add oil yourself.... and make them work for no reason.I expected some discount or portion of money back for failed promise, but got nothing, just some lame excuse,, We dont know how it happened,,They lost my business.Spend your money somewhere else.

Better concept than Jiffy Lube. Stay in your vehicle during service. NOT happy about being told I had a high beam out when I Did Not. Honesty ... boys.

These guys were amazing today!!! Stopped at a store near by and my battery died. I went in to purchase one they helped me swap it out quickly so I didnt miss my next appointment. Excellent service friendly staff!!! And I felt like the battery was a good price too!!

Had a pin hole leak in the oil filter, they got me in right away. Performed the oil service and new filter. Also adjusted the air intake clamp which caused the original leak. Nice people, friendly, took care of the problem quickly. Much thanks.

They did a great job they were super nice and very fast. This is the 1st time Jiffy Lube actually lived up to their name. I used to use Einsteins Oilery but they were bought out by Valvoline and are horrible now. On Google I even found a $15 coupon that made this an affordable errand too.

I have gone out of my way to go to this meridian jiffy lube for the last 10 or so years. I currently live in Emmett and refuse to go anywhere else. They are honest, reasonable, and recommend what is best for me to maintain my car. I appreciate all the employees and have never had a bad experience. I want to say an extra thank you to Larry for always going above and beyond to help and answer any of my questions. I admittedly don’t know much about cars so it’s really nice to have people be so friendly and willing to help. Thank you guys!

I went in to get my oil changed yesterday. They were extremely nice so I thought I would get taken care of correctly, yet I go into my car today and notice peices of my glove box on the floor of the passenger side and my glove box is now broken. Im not sure why they would be going into my glove box in the first place, and if they had broken my property I would have appreciated it if they let me know. I wouldnt be so upset if they said something, but instead I had to find it myself. So disrespectful.

Very great experience, the gentlemen were just super nice and just overall very helpful, they were able to answer all my questions and tell me where I could get a part I needed. I simply went to have my fluids checked and was low on oil so they put some in for me & showed me where all the fluids were so I know where to check next time.

This garage has two bays. It just what you expect from Jiffy Lube - get in and out quick. The staff was all friendly, even shared which of the great local restaurants they like best with me. They know how to get the job done quickly, and then they vacuumed my vehicle! Great job!

Us to drive out of my way to come to this one. They tell you 41.99 the when you get done it’s 79.00 that’s a big difference be open with your customers that’s poor customer service. Manager is nice but didn’t car to stand by his word then they didn’t close my air box all the way. So I had to not cool on a rainy day. And didn’t show me oil levels after oil change. Not sure I’ll be back

These guys are pretty good. Quick, as the name suggests. In fact, this company was the first to introduce the quick oil service concept in 1979. They were the first in this particular sub-industry to implement the drive-through bay doors, and the first to widely use the window stickers (reminder of when to change your oil).

Good service! Excellent advice. Theyre willing to go the extra mile here. Just ask for help and youll get it.

Came in for an oil change on my work truck today about a half hour before closing time I sat outside for 10 minutes no one came out. I walked up to both doors they were locked and the staff was sitting inside the lobby staring at me like I was from another planet. if they close at 3:30 they should not have 4:00 posted on their door. I worked for JLI years ago this would not have flown at any of our locations that I worked for, absolutely unacceptable regardless of the store being slow or busy the doors are supposed to remain open until at least posted closing... time thanks for nothing guys I appreciate it

Pretty disappointed with our service today. Although we made it very clear we only wanted a basic service, they somehow upgraded us to Signature and wanted to charge us for it. Most places would have corrected the price as their error, but it took some serious convincing to get him to charge what we asked for. No apology for the error. Not impressed that we had to argue. Dont they know that the customer is always right? Just trying to pay for what we asked for.

Would not suggest to anyone. They insisted my rear differential was empty and needed filled immediately. Funny thing is, I dont have a rear differential. Pretty shady and unprofessional, if you ask me. Went to the Jiffy Lube on overland and Broadway, and they were fabulous. In and out quick, and no scams, unlike this one.

I will never go back to another Jiffy Lube. I have never had an oil leak on my car until I took it to Jiffy lube. When I asked them about it all they said was they were not responsible for any damage or issues after their service. So now I have to take my truck to a mechanic and have them fix the issue jiffy lube caused.

Piss poor service I came in with a coupon that I thought was good for signature service They checked it “after” the work was done and quoting me a price then they the quoted me a different higher price I have been coming here for years and am sadly disappointed by their customer service I believe Nick was the manager on duty that let this happen. I’ve been I the customer service business for years and this is not customer first business next time I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Only came for emissions testing,wouldnt let them do anything to my vehicle! Took them 1/2 hr. For one vehicle oil change why? We have been here forever. Sunday only place to go.

Left my oil cap off. Said they would call me and schedule for engine cleaning and never called. Bad service.

They lie to the customer dont go to this jiffy lube... They have no idea what they are talking about. Told me I have an oil leak but nobody else has seen one and I had it into a different shop(dealer) bout a month ago and they didnt see one either.

This company hires incompetent people. They caused electrical issues with my Mazda and just as today proved incompetent again with hurting people that cant drive a manual transmission. Do not use this business unless you want your car broken.

Rather dissapointed. They didnt ask what I wanted, they didnt bother telling me about the different oils. They screwed up on my coolant by adding crap, that isnt supposed to be in my system, this making me have to go home and redo my coolant system. I had to go out in the garage and talk to them to get answers. I just replaced my air filter last week, and they tried telling me it was dirty. Just rethinking about it makes me pissed!

Im so pissed! I went there for a simple oil change! Two months later I went somewhere else to get my oil changed. They told me that who ever changed my oil last screwed up my oil pan by forcing the plug in so now I gotta pay $700 to get a new oil pan thanks to these guys! Dont ever bring your car here!!!

Will never attempt to go here to have anything done to my vehicle. I pulled in this morning and was immediately greeted with an employee being called a whole slew of racial slurs including the n word, the c word and various other slurs. Then this manager attacked the employee. What the hell kind of way is that to treat an employee? If this is how management treats their staff, I will never go to any jiffy lube again.

I told them my windshield wipers needed to be replaced during my routine oil change and they didnt do anything about it. I didnt realize until the next rain showers that I still had a faulty wiper.
