My truck was damaged in a crash. Will, the service writer, was very helpful and good at communicating with me on the progress. Be sure and verify that each item is actually complete. The paint repair was flawless.

Oh my goodness- we brought in our Subaru after a rear-ending and they took SUCH good care of us! We had a rental car quickly, they even helped me move my little guys car seat over and everything! They only had to fix the bumper but we also had a cracked tail light from before we bought the car that they fixed for us for free! The car looks beautiful and we were taken care of so well. We didnt even have to worry about taking the rental back to Enterprise- they took care of that too! Thank you so much! I will post an after pic tomorrow

Had to come back several times to have mistakes fixed. Hood was over sprayed, car was left open so battery died and only was told because it was running when I went to get it. A McDonalds receipt was in the center console and the whole interior had a layer of dust and grime I had to clean myself. When I brought these up to management I was dismissed and told I was wrong. Horrible shop.

People were friendly, but were not interested in just checking the car & making sure it was drivable. They insisted on doing all the work needed if they turned it on. I just needed it drivable to get back home to MT.

The work was done promptly. There was a minor issue when I picked up my vehicle; they were able to get it resolved on the spot. I’m very happy with the work they did.

This is the second time that I have gone to Caliber Collision to work on the same auto, and their workmanship is wonderful. I would go back again if I had more body work that needed to be done.

Wifes car was in a front end collision and front end of car had to be rebuilt including tie rod. They had the car for 2 months (finding parts the said) There was no issues with the car before crash. Got car back and they had shorted out wiring and blew stereo. Called them they said it wasnt them. The steering wheel was cooked to left and pulled left. They also said not part of wreak. Took to frontend shop and lower control arm was bent even tech said and showed me where it had been impacted. Cost me 1000 to have replaced once again they said not part of wreak. Car would not charge and battery drained. Took it back to them they said not there issue Took to shop and the said the pulley on alternatered appeared to have been hit and bent the shaft going in bent had to replace it 350 spent. STRONGLY SUGGEST do not use this shop Took there because was supposed to be a preferred shop for my Insurance Co. BIG MISTAKE! Will be taking it up with Insurance Co. If you use them do so at own risk and do a full walk around and inspection and drive before ever signing off on it. My mistake!!!!!

Not long ago I was in an accident out of town, and needed to have my truck transported to Meridian. I had Caliber do some painting previously, so I returned to this shop and unloaded the vehicle there. There was the standard procedure to inform the Insurance company, receive the quote, order the parts, and get started. As the original date of completion neared I checked in on progress. There was an adjustment of the work needing done and the date was extended along with the price increasing. Insurance approved and work continued. As the new finish date got closer I checked in again, along with receiving a text saying your vehicle would be ready on this day. When I stopped in to confirm, again I was told the vehicle would not be ready. For the third time, it was determined the seat belts needed replaced, which was an obvious issue from the start, as they were piled on the seats and not able to retract. This took another week and a-half to resolve.The vehicle was delivered to me and upon inspection there were numerous issues that were not complete, or installed wrong. The vehicle should never have left the shop. The door rubbed the fender, screws loose, missed installed covers, and just no attention to finish detail. It took 2 returned trips to resolve.The people were polite, but there was no leadership or accountable person until returning the vehicle. Then apologizes for them taking 6 weeks to complete the job, that was estimated at 3.5 weeks.If you have the time to spend managing repairs and prompting Caliber to do their jobs, they can do a good job. Otherwise, you should reconsider using them. I will.

My brand new truck was brought in to get repainted because my dealership originally took the truck to some other shop to get repainted, the paint from the other shop was absolutely terrible. My dealership then took it to Westside Body Works and they got it repainted and the paint turned out fantastic. Would highly recommend them, the staff is very friendly and communicated with me frequently to give me an update. Very pleased with the service, thank you!

Our car was rear ended and we took it here for repairs. They finished the repairs sooner than anticipated, and the job looks well done.When we got home, we realized that our left brake light was not working (which it was before) and there is a six inch long scratch through the middle of the hatchback window. No biggie... just hoping that there was better quality control on the things we cant see! Tried calling but no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. Overall good service, but maybe they were rushing to finish our car before the weekend.

-10/10. Terrible.To make a long story short, Caliber Collision Meridian on Fariview had my Jeep for about a month after I was rear ended. Insurance approved them to fix everything and it had been checked by an appraiser several times. Once the cosmetic damages were fixed, they took the jeep to a third party repair shop, that they also own, to be inspected and measured for frame damages. They claimed it had measured out correctly and nothing was wrong (which I found hard to believe as I was rear ended at a complete stop by a truck going 55mph). They released my Jeep to me, and I immediately took it to another shop since information and communication at Caliber was less than stellar. I had been told one thing, then they would tell my insurance another, visa versa.I had a terrible gut feeling about being used and taken advantage of during the whole process.IMMEDIATELY after picking my jeep up from Caliber Complete, I took it to another repair shop in town where myself, a mechanic, and my insurance adjuster and appraiser inspected my vehicle on a lift. Immediately, we noticed I did not have any rear springs in my jeep AT ALL. My jeep was never aligned, as the insurance appraiser showed me the alignment sheet and it was completely out of recommended normal rangesI had sent Ryan lists of extras that I wanted checked- as I have aftermarket parts on my Rubicon I wanted to ensure were safe.Caliber, Ryan specifically, released my Jeep to me as safe and they told me I was trying to have pre existing issues fixed, which was not true.Caliber ended up not replacing any of the parts insurance paid them to fix besides the rear gate, and the second shop had to redo every repair Caliber claimed they had fixed already.If you want your car fixed correctly and in a timely manner and without a constant headache and people calling you a liar every day- take your car anywhere but here.

I have told all my friends and family to not go here. I only had front end work on the body and paint work and they kept my car for SIX WEEKS!!! and did nothing. I physically had to take my car back with it still having issues and needing body work. Words cant describe how angry I am. The job was simple. They overcharged me when it could have been covered by my insurance!! And then in the end, the manager in charge is no longer there to be found. Im disgusted and appalled and in disbelief that after having my car that long they couldnt complete the easy tasks at hand. Incompetent to say the least 👎 DO NOT GO HERE

Staff is proficient and professional. Work appears to be of quality craftsmanship. Returned for replacement of a fog-lamp that would not stay in the bracket, should have been replaced initially, beside the fact that it was the only projecting lamp not replaced on the vehicle.

Absolutely incredible experience. They were recommended to me by an insurance agent after I was hit on the highway in Oregon. They got me an estimate the SAME DAY that I dropped the vehicle off and kept me completely updated via email and phone calls throughout the two weeks they had my vehicle. I would absolutely do business again there (although I hope I don’t have to). The meridian location was fantastic. Highly recommend.

ANYWHERE BUT CALIBER COLLISION, went in to just get a quote, They Refused to give me a quote, without okaying the work. Even offered to pay for the estimate. How am I supposed to okay the work when I don’t even know how much I’m paying. Called multiple times before to make sure it was just an estimate so I could give to the 3rd party before the work is okayed, this wasn’t last minute either I had an appointment. Rude and entitled.

I thought i would be pleased knowing some of the people from west side still worked at this location but needless to say im disappointed.. Ill start off by saying the team here have tried to help and have taken my car back 3 times to fix mistakes made on my car hence not a 1 star rating. The final 3rd time Ive recieved my car they finally got the door straight but there are still imperfections in the paint, weatherstrip not attached all the way, and a busted interior clip. I wouldnt reccomend coming here especially if you love your car and just want it to be like new again after the repairs.

Quick estimate without an appointment. Customer service seemed to be decent as well. They failed to recognize some serious damage that I wouldnt have noticed if I didnt bring my car to get another estimate at Idaho Collision Center. Make sure you get multiple estimates or you will pay way more than youre expecting.

Called multiple times ahead to make sure they could just do a quote before I okay they work, show up and they have a whole separate process, why was this not explained over the phone before?

We were from out of town visiting family and needed help with our headlights. They were very helpful and fixed the problem quickly. Great to work with and professional.

Horrible service. Went in to fix a small scratches on the driver side door, while they were supposedly fixing my truck they broke my driver mirror, scratch the paint on the inside of almost all the doors, ripped the inside lining. Then when I brought it up to the manager he told me that they didn’t do it and it was that way when it came in.. I then brought it back in so they can fix the mirror they broke and was quoted 2-4, ok totally fine, called at hour 4 and was told it wasn’t ready and they would give me a call when it’s done. 2 hours later still nothing.. called back and was told it was “just finished”. No update, no call saying it may take longer than planned, nothing. I then go to pick up my truck and they pretty much just toss the keys at me and don’t talk to me about anything. Never had this bad of customer service in my life.

The crew over at West Side in Meridian are amazing had some body work done on my Chevy 2500HD found a few little issues. Talked to Manager about the issues and was automatically taken care of. Definitely will bring back if I need some new work done. Thank you West Side for all the help.

Received amazing service. Had a small problem with a piece of plastic in my rear wheel well, after 6 trips to OReillys trying to fix it myself I finally just took it to Westside. Within in 20 minutes of showing up they fixed my van, explained what was wrong and sent me on my way free of charge. While I was waiting I only observed top notch customer service. I will definitely use them in them again in the future.

I came in with scratches to be buffed on my tailgate and they did the work right there and then didnt charge me because the work was so quick and easy. Great customer service and great people. I have come in before for body work and will continue to come back! Thanks guys for making this such a great experience!

Great staff and efficient work

My car recently got into an accident and my insurance suggested this place, at first they seemed like it wasn’t going to take to long to get it in and out of the shop and said they where going to keep me up date on how the progress was coming along. Since it’s been in there I haven’t gotten any information on it except for one voicemail. The date on when I can get my car back keeps changing from the end of last month to last Friday to next Friday. Since the 25th of last month I was told it was going into paint, and I keep getting that it’s still in paint When I call. I’m not sure but it seems a little odd that it almost 2 weeks to paint the back of a car. My car is all I have, it is my life blood to get to and from work and be able to do the things I need to without having to take my parents car. I’m truly upset and frustrated and I’m getting tired of the date changing.

While I would say the finished product is good, Westside Body Works is not an auto body repair shop. I was informed by an employee at the Meridian location that Westside Body Works does not physically do the repair work. They outsource the work to Utah. They ship out the parts needing repair to Utah and someone else actually does the repairing and when the part is shipped back Westside paints the part and puts it back on the car. I found this out as I was informed that their highly trained painters do not waste their time actually fixing things.This is very concerning as outsourcing is usually done to keep costs down. How can the local guy compete with this deception? If you think Westside is giving you the best price for your repair please know you are not comparing apples to apples. When you have Westside disassemble and reassemble your vehicle someone in Idaho loses out of a much needed job. I will not be going back to Westside.

The team at Westside just finished my corvette today and I could not be more pleased! I personally own a high-end detailing boutique I am very picky! Probably not the easiest customer to please. Hands down if your looking for a quality repair these people will take care of you.

The BEST. Had pretty extensive damage to my car & not only does my car look brand new outside & as though it was never in a wreck....I got it back fully detailed on the interior. It was cleaner when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Absolutely phenomenal!!!

Would give 0 if possible. Terrible/Poor customer service. They could use training in customer service skills. Staff caused a nightmare with insurance company. Wanted to get a quote and it was an extreme hassle. Finally after scheduling a quote they ordered parts scheduled repair without speaking with me - just wanted a fair quote... Ended up not using them for repair. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my truck in for a bumber replacement. A 30 hour job turned into almost 3 weeks without my vehicle. I paid out of pocket for my rental and no communication from Chad about why my truck was taking so long. I had to get the GM involved. I picked up my truck with its spare on it and with no option other than having their vendor fix the wheel well (which they informed me of the issue 30 mins) prior to picking up. Terrible way to handle business and in my opinion, they have yet to rectify my issues. I filled out their survey and nothing. I would never recommend them. Should have spent my 3500 else where.

I have had repairs to three of our vehicles done at Westside in Meridian and the work was all very professional. The vehicles came back to looking like nothing had ever happened to them. I would recommend their work to anyone.

I went in to the shop with a dent on the side of my pickup bed, originally I was planning to pay out of pocket. They gave me an estimate of almost $2300, told me the bed side needed replaced. After discussing it with my insurance, I decided to file a claim to have the work done. All of a sudden west side dropped the estimate down to $700 and said the dent was fixable. They tried to screw me out of $1600! I will not step foot in that shop again, nor would I ever send a friend there. Dishonest people

Wow. Can’t believe this place. Called and was told this “Why would you call so late for a quote?” Like do you think your the only one with a job??? Just an FYI called treasure valley collision right after and they got me right in for a quote. Didn’t have to make an appointment or nothing. Hope your ready for my smear campaign. I would never ever recommend this place just based off what happened when I called and asked for a quote. First impression are everything and whoever is answering your phones is hands down the rudest person I have ever spoke with.

Meh. They seemed to do an alright job on repairing the bumper, but customer service was pretty darn bad. They didnt even really explain what they were doing and didnt even walk through the repair with us or anything when we picked up the car, just tossed us the keys and said see ya. Went there because of location and they worked with the insurance provider of person who hit us. If I had it to do over again Id likely find another shop, but maybe poor service is just how this industry works, I dont deal with body shops all that often (thankfully).

Unfortunately, I have used these guys a number of times. My cars just seem to be targets for people to hit. I keep coming back because my car always comes back as if the damage never occurred. I cringe when I see cars on the road that clearly have been repaired by a cheap body shop. You wont ever see anything like that come from this shop. They are not the cheapest, but they are defintely the best. If you truely want your vehicle to look as if the accident never occurred, go to Westside Body Works.

Terrible Customer service, there was what looked like a teenager helping me, and just because I am a woman doesnt mean I am a Bimbo. He treated me like I have never seen a car when i came in to get an estimate. I will never be going back and neither will anyone I know.

I bought a new vehicle from the dealership and the car had some bad paint issues. The dealership sent me to Westside to have the bad areas repainted. I got the car back and couldnt be happier with the way it looks. You cant even tell which was painted from the factory and which was painted from their shop.
