Having a accident is always a headache. Premier actually made the entire process so much easier. . Car looks great. I was called through out the process. Repair was quick and premier had vehicle ready when promised.Went to pick up car and it looked great!! Washed, vacuumed and a free coffee mug on my front seat!5 star service!!!

Although a lot of the work they did was good, Premier offers a lifetime guarantee to which it does not follow through on. After I received my vehicle back(late, btw), there were some discrepancies that I pointed out to have fixed. After leaving the vehicle with them again, they fixed only one of the 4 discrepancies. After I pointed out that they werent fixed, I was told that they wouldnt do anything more, even though the job wasnt done correctly in the first place. Would not work with these people again.

I had a fender bender and it was the first kind of accident Ive ever been in and my car was only about a year and a half old so I was really upset for something to happen to my new car. Although the damage was minor I wanted it fixed back to its mint condition. Looking for a body shop that was going to do the repairs to my liking was pretty nerve wracking since I didnt want my car to be diminished in value. After looking around and reading endless reviews I decided to go with this shop because it had the best reviews. When reading bad reviews I didnt care about the bad customer service ones I just wanted to make sure the damage was fixed back to brand new. I did NOT have bad customer service, the repairs looked perfect, and it was done faster than I expected. My rear bumper was cracked in several places, The left light was broken, and this other thing beneath the bumper was cracked off. I was extremely happy with the work! Sorry for the long review but I just wanted to make sure they got the credit for what was actually done.
