This location is SEVERELY understaffed! The pharmacy staff is not only slow, but rude also! I ordered a prescription through their automated system, and confirmed a date and pickup time for it. When I showed up more than 3 hours after it was to be ready, it wasnt just not ready, but out of stock!! When I inquired about it, the first excuse from a staff member was you confirmed with the system, not a live person. The woman working had a smart mouth with me when I mentioned the importance of the medication as well!! If you put this system in place for the customer to utilize, we should not get any push back when theres an issue!! I am considering moving all of my prescriptions to the smaller local Pharmacy that is located directly across the street.

The worst people. I was literally standing at the drive thru to get tested and they all saw me there not one. And to the window to tell me that they’ll be with me momentarily. My appointment was for 3:45 it was 4:30 and I was still there!!!! I just drove off

Was stuck in the drive thru pharmacy for over an hour, was told to come in finally at the window. Understandable. When I walked in, there was a long line and someone was already fed up and yelling because of how ridiculously slow they were working. I am patient, but this was the most frustrating experience at a pharmacy ever. Definitely will be switching to CVS

Worst Walgreens ever!!! First their phones werent working and I had to run my husbands insurance card up to the store, approximately 9:30. Naturally the scripts werent ready. Meanwhile, my husband is in extreme pain. I explained this to them, but still had to come back in 2 hours for the meds. When I got there, 3 cars were in front of me and all 3 picked up their scripts, however, when I got to the window, they told me I had to come in. I explained I had a broken foot. One woman just walked away from the window. Another girl came over and told me the register was restarting and I had to come in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! So I hobble in, get the prescriptions, and they had the attitude. Really??? After everything, they are going to be snotty to boot? This was my first dealing with this Walgreens, I usually use the one on West Main, but this one is more convenient, or so I thought. It was my first and LAST trip to this store. My experience was AWFUL!!!!

The only item that keeps this Walgreens from getting a perfect five stars is the pharmacy. Tends to be slow and messes up doctor call ins sometimes. The rest of the store is great. I use the photo shop a lot, send your pics online and they are ready quickly.

Mary-Ellen seemed like she was having a rough day today. She got upset she had three customers back to back in photos....I understand we all have bad days but when providing customer service try your best to put a smile on your face....this was my first time seeing her there but I feel she could’ve been more approachable and NOT frustrated on doing her job.

Only good for buying gift cards, since theyre open on Sundays. Thats it.But if you need gift cards, theyve got every single gift card known to man.

They always have a problem with billing my insurance. On a prescription that should take 20 to 30 min. Takes them 1 to 2 days or even more.

Everyone is friendly Manal was great, she helped me with everything I was looking for. I did liked the way how she explained the product that I was purchasing. Excellent service and very clean store, it always been my favor one. Thanks Manal.,

I was told my prescription would be ready at 5pm Saturday Feb 7th, I went there at 5:30pm to pick it up. It was not ready. Then at 6pm they closed the pharmacy and said I have to come back the next day. The hours say youre open to midnight. Instead of giving me good customer service, they closed the Pharmacy at 6pm, Why do you say youre open till Midnight? and why didnt you take of me?

The manger and the lady at the front desk with glasses who has short red hair is just rude wanted to make a return with my recpit and they told me I couldnt do it the manger told me I wasnt helping the store by makin a return. I will drive the extra 10 min and go to the Walgreens on the other side of town!!they definitely need new workers

How about they put new photos of inside,ones shown wrong.(too old or never like that.Good pharmacy!

If I could give 0 stars I would for the pharmacy and the pharmacists in there I would! Treated me like dirt, loud, not private at all. In front of the whole line.

Lately Ive had nothing but problems with these people at the pharmacy regarding my meds Ive talked to a few people that have made prescriptions have my meds ready for yesterday and I wasnt able to pick him up yesterday but the guy had said whenever youre ready tomorrow or not but my family member went to go pick him up tonight and there was no record of me having any meds there so very unprofessional on their part and this is like the third or fourth time this is been happening I have never had any problems with the pharmacy before theyll all of a sudden they dont know what theyre doing

Horrible pharmacy . Went twice in same day. Took one hour of sitting in the pharmacy for my prescription . Takes other pharmacies 10 minutes.

Stay away they treat EVERYONE like a thief I tried to exchange my hair dye (buying the wrong one by mistake almost a week ago) so I go in take it out of my purse in the front in front of a worker and he acts like Im magic and summoned it from the back of the store ALL I WANTED WAS AN EXCHANGE they harassed me for a receipt I said heres my Walgreens card they couldnt do anything with it so whats the point of those anymore HORRIBLE STORE IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGITIVE STARS I WOULD -10

Worst walgreens ever. Lets hope you dont have any important medication to pick up, you might die in line waiting for it. There is no sense of urgency here. Nothing will be ready.
