Con :Purchased a vehicle at the beginning of August and was told a full inspection was performed. Not even by the end of the month I noticed quite a few issues with the vehicle. I was also promised all weather mats and a minor interior repair was to be made. Ive called and had others call as well and I havent made any progress, We are now in November. At this point Im sure I will be blamed for the mechanical repairs that were needed prior to my purchase. In the future I would not buy a bicycle from them nor recommend anyone buy there either.Pros :Charismatic and professional.Overall :I would suggest getting any promises in writing prior to purchase

I was ready to buy a car that I was told was available I scheduled a appointment for the next day though asked, was never informed that I would have been able to put a temporary hold on the vehicle until someone else did it the day of my appointment and never offered me the same opportunity to during the scheduling process. You need to offer equal opportunities for every customer and add on your website that you have the option to hold a vehicle.

My boyfriend recently bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Sammy only about a month ago. The cars had nothing but problems. First, the alternator went, which they ended up telling him he needed to pay for the tow in order to get it to them, when this problem occurred two weeks after purchasing it. After going back and forth, Sammy agreed to pay for the tow and they supposedly worked on the alternator. A week later, the same problem came back. Save your time and go anywhere else for a car.

I was told about this place by a friend. I went in to just look for at a car but the owner (Sammy) was really hands on. The process was quick and simple. The overall experience was delightful.

I am beyond happy with the service that received here. In 2019 I financed a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport through my father because I didnt have very good credit. Sammy here at Jazzi Auto provided me with some tips and told me that I i work on me and my credit, then I’d have a higher chance to getting a car in my name. so I worked my butt off and fixed, established and built my credit... now 2 years later today I was able to finance a car in my own name. I selected the 2013 Acura MDX, she is a beauty, there are countless features add most importantly low miles, third row and a TV inside. Sammy got me a GREAT monthly payment rate and on top of it he didnt want me to walk away as if I were buying an as is car... because I am financing... well he made sure that my selection ion had all of its bells and whistles updated. Safety check performed, even registered in CT although I just moved. Other dealerships told me they would not be able to register the vehicle in CT. Called to verify availability of two vehicles. Was told one was in the shop but could be seen and the other was good to go. Drove 2 hours and they closed early. Went back the next day and neither vehicle was available to even view anymore. Its now been a month and still no call back if they are ready to be viewed.
