Though the gentleman that took at brief moment to look at my car was nice, his company lack a few things. This establishment doesnt follow covid protocol and whether lazy or disinterested, the assessment of my vehicle was not appropriate. After explaining a small incident of going over a curb just when the first snow was falling and voicing concerns for my alignment I soon found out that per the gentleman it was likely build up (ice or snow and to get a car wash for the remaining snow/ice). Clearly I went elsewhere for my alignment due to this individuals negligence. Though this place may be the best in meriden I wont be going back and I sure will not be sending anyone that way.

I have been going to Checkered Flag for a long time and have sent people to them because of the experiences that I have had there. I would send my mother there.
