I want to share my experience with the rent a center in meriden ct. I first went in to rent to buy a computer. I was extremely fortunate to be taken care of by Sasha. She is absolutely amazing!!! I ran into some issues with the computer I chose.. It had nothing to do with the computer...rather the choice I made with what I needed it for. After I thought about it I thought a good cell phone would suit my needs better. This is where it became an issue. Again not with the phone . my cell carrier made it next to impossible to use it. Sasha didnt take that as a reason to give up. She first had alex who was absolutely amazing come to my work to try to make it operate properly. Well no luck !!!! When I went to bring it back to Sasha she called Verizon and worked with the tech support for over an hour to get it to work. She did it with a smile and I never felt like I was being a pain in the neck to her. I should also mention that she had Alex get the phone from the Hartford store. Alex was happy to do it. They make a great team there. I left the store very happy. I now need new furniture. You can bet that I will call Sasha to help me. If I could give her a 6 star rating.....I would !!!!!!!!!
