This was by far the best experience I have had at this location in the last two years. I came in for a pair of headphones and a screen protector for my phone. Eric was very helpful, and even though he had to replace the first screen protector he tried to put on my phone, he made certain that it was done correctly and that my phone worked correctly after putting on the screen protector. I also love the fact that I have a lifetime warranty on this screen protector and that Best Buy will replace and install a new screen protector any time I need one at no charge.

Had the best experience at this location with Ian. He was so knowledgeable, professional, patient and personable. Made the purchase and activation of a cell phone for a senior a pleasant experience. Well done!

I have purchased appliances here and have gotten great service. As well, i just bought a computer there and i was assisted by Suzana who was patient and able to answer most of my questions and was very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out the perfect computer for me and i was not expecting to purchase the one i did.The only issue i had with my last visit is that there should be more people working in the computer department.I am giving a 4 because they need more help. If not for that I would have given a 5.

Clean store with lots of fun stuff to shop! Plus their staff is really friendly and helpful :) They also gave me my Xbox Series X 10 minutes before closing and were still very nice and cordial about it, so they definitely earned their 5 star vote from me!

The store was very dirty and I had very little staff around to help with anything. The store was so quiet you could practically hear a pin drop. After looking at computers for a while and waiting to see if someone would come and how about for about 20 minutes I decided just leave.

Went there for a new paper shedder, greeted at the entrance, pointed to where I needed to find it.

Employers care about their commission than customer service if a persons asking for a $99 printer dont push him to a 250 to $300 printer

Definitely got the strangest Cove in setup that Ive seen ever anywhere. You could only walk in a couple feet and then youre corralled and I like to look around could not until I asked for permission. The real reason I went there was to pick up something but just totally strange

Friendly staff but the one who stood out the most is the install department for vehicles products I had an appointment for Feb for a remote start someone cancel in Dec he remember me and gave me a call to see if I could come in fantastic service.

They were able to price match Home Depot on a Maytag dryer. Delivery window is within a few days. Small store. Limited personnel. No real customer service.

Purchased order extensive prior to holidays. Was good booked until mid Jan. Had appt. They called to cancel and no new dates could be given. Told to wait it out. Could not get them to answer several attempts to call. Returned products. Refused to have installed later. Days later they tried to call to set up install...very unorganized!

Only few people shopping, basically in and out. Bu it was great experience. Sales person helped right away and also answered many questions about my phone that I purchased way before from a different retailer. If you look for appliances they have ok selection. I especially love their open box. You can buy a brand new washer for half the price or even less just because it was open box or has a tiny scratch where you cant even see it. I really like Best Buy!

After having an awful experience with a return gone wrong, Joe C. from the mobile department did everything in his power to assist me with a resolution. EVERYTHING ranging from being on hold for an hour, representatives hanging up on us, being rerouted from department to department, being told the system was down and that we would have to call later-- I mean, weve heard it all. Yet, Joe remained patient and persistent. He would not stop trying until I felt comfortable with the resolution. Joe stuck up for me in a way that no employee has managed to do throughout this entire process. Joe is the prime example of what every store should teach their representatives to be. His sympathy and unwavering assistance allowed me to leave the store feeling extremely supported. I walked out completely satisfied with the solution given. I am so grateful we crossed paths. I wish there was more I can do to show my appreciation, but I just had to let everyone know how amazing Joe is to work with. If anyone needs something taken care of with the mobile department, do not hesitate to ask for Joe!

Good service and price

I ordered over the internet but still wasnt sure the adapter worked for what I needed. Called store and talked to a tech right away, near xmas I may add. Ordered and paid for the stuff I bought and by the time I got to the mall it was all set and I spent less than 3 minutes completely from driving in the mall parking lot to picking up my stuff and leaving! It was just amazing to me how on the ball they were. 5 stars guys

2 male staff we’re talking at the entrance and I understand they were talking but I couldn’t find anyone to ask and has been wandering in the store for a while and just need to ask a quick question. So I said excuse me to these two male staff and was completely ignored. Not even an acknowledgment to say hold on for a sec or minute. I stood there and said excuse me again and still ignored. I’ve never experienced anything like this. So I just walked out of the store very upset that people like these in “customer service” exist.

Everyone who works there is super helpful. I always feel bad that they are pretty understaffed for a huge retail floor, but, they always manage as best as they can!

Every Best buy I have been to has quite knowledgeable sales people {period} they always have a good amount of working samples on the floor {period} there are usually a wide range of computers and cell phones. I purchased an Asus computer from Best buy 10 years ago and it is still working. Asus is a great computer and Best buy sells them. They also have quite knowledgeable sales people in the cell phone area. You can virtually get almost any carrier and sign up at Best buy but you should look around at all the carriers individually because each carrier has different specials and especially resellers of cell phone services may also be franchised and different franchises offer different specials including free cell phones. Best buy has a great delivery service also. I purchased a dishwasher from them and they had the best price and quality that I was looking for.. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher solely online and they sent me email and text message updates on the delivery. There were no surprises. We are very happy with the dishwasher we purchased at Best buy I can see its going to be a long time before theres any problems with this purchase. On some things Best buy might be more expensive but on some things you can get a high quality product for a fair price. In my case it was the best price. BBest buys are conveniently located near almost every major city in this country I am happy with Best buy and I usually shop the prices so I am not the kind of person that will just automatically just go to one store. I do check prices in other places just as Im sure you will too. On some purchases Best buy savings and value can really stack up!

Quick and easy online order pick up.

Bought a HP chromebook six months ago. It stopped working. Best Buy told me I have to HP to discuss warranty. I believe if you sell a product, you should honor the warranty and not have the consumer waste hours of their time dealing with the manufacturer directly. The associate I spoke spoke told me if I didn’t want the hassle I shouldn’t been worried about a few extra dollars and bought the stores extended warranty. Best Buy has lost a loyal customer.Update: My original post was one star, but after calling geek squad, they diagnosed and fix the screen free of charge. Not sure if geek squad is part of Best Buy or independent, but the four star review is for them. This all happened a week or so after my original post, just getting around to updating the review.

The worst Best Buy I ever been in my whole life Everybody walks right by you that works there does not tell you will be right with you or you need to I was there for an hour then I had to go to the front desk and they told me it’s another 40 minute wait I said they could at least come up to you and greet you I will never go there again and they all had attitudes

The people at the geek squad were very helpful with checking out a problem with the fan in my laptop. The store is still the best place to get technology but it appears that the stock was a bit low during my last visit.

They are teaming customers with employees but dont have enough employees so I waited for 25 minutes and still had not been allowed to shop so I left. Nice idea but beed to staff the store properly. Stay away if you can. Went to Pc richard right after and had no issues.

I also bought a new router that price matched off of Amazon and were honest with me about NOT needing to get the extended warranty. I appreciate the honesty and the nice people. I preference to this store. Always clean. Recently with COVID you can tell the stock has been effected but still very well stocked.

Large store, customer service could use some work but other than that youll find some great deals on games, movies, and more.

Competent friendly staff

The sales person was very helpful however he sold me the wrong router. He specifically asked if I had a phone hooked up to my router and sold me one without a phone connection. After I hooked it up and set everything to the new router I read the box which specifically said... no phone connection. Just goes to say.. read it yourself.

I purchased a laptop, MS office, and many accessories. I had trouble downloading the MS. Office. They told me in order to help me, I would have to pay $200. When I refused. they hung-up on me. I called back to complain, they said they could do it for a $100. I again said no, they hung up on me. I called a 3rd time to say that I will never shop at best buy. They said they could help me download MS. Office that I purchased from them for $39.99. I said I will not pay for downloading something I already purchased. I finally asked for a refund of the Ms. Office to go purchase it somewhere else. They were absolutely fine with refunding it to me. It was obvious that even though I spent over $900, they could careless about me as a customer.

I made an appointment online to have the battery replaced in my iPhone. The guys in the Geek Squad did a diagnostic to be sure it needed replacing. They concluded it did, so about 1-1/2 hours later, I returned after doing some other shopping, and my phone was ready, and almost fully charged. Price was well within reason, and the service exemplary.Thanks Geek Squad! You nailed it!

Best Buy has always been one of my go-to places for electronics, and parts for my PC. Every time I have a question, every employee seems to have the ability not to just answer it, but rather explain it. I will always go to Best Buy for my electronics-related needs.

Staff here is always helpful and friendly. You can find good deals on open box items and clearance sections regularly.One of the few stores in this mall worth visiting still.

One of my favorite places to go and shop. Spent 600+ got 18 no interest cant be that. Ill be back when my bill is paid off thank you best buy.
