Seeing bad reviews makes you skeptical. If you come in be straight up. They give you excellent work trying for perfection. Excellent customer service.Exhaust work. Good welds. No air leaks. Symmetrical work. Highly recommend.

I went in with my check engine light on and they did the diagnostic for free! The employees were extremely kind and helpful too. They showed me the issue with my engine and told me the cost. They ordered the part overnight and installed it today under an hour. My check engine light is off and my car passed smog. Im very happy with the service they provided. Thank you for everything and I will definitely come back!Update. Back again with another random car issue.Ive been here twice with a check engine light(he does it for free) since I became a student at the UC. Both times have been wonderful experiences. Jay is so kind and friendly. He really takes his time to explain what is wrong and how he is going to fix the issue. Being a student makes scheduling car appointments hard, but Jay and his team have always worked around my schedule. Ive been lucky to find this place, and will always bring my car back to them.

Jay was fairly easy to get along with very knowledgeable upfront and honest. Second time dealing with him I had a full exhaust system installed borla Mufflers two and a half inch with a crossover exactly like I asked for. I would recommend this shop to anybody having custom work done Jay is a stand up guy the whole shop staff are friendly and professional. Keep in mind theyre building a great reputation so they are fairly busy better to book in advance. Thank you guys great job.

Giving this place a 1 star due to having hidden fees. I was charged $10 for putting my car up and no work done. Never once told me there is a fee just for looking. Told me 80-100 bucks for custom work done but after putting the car up his cost increased to 150. Be careful going to this place.

Very helpful, fixed my exhaust leak in no time! Jose is no doubt one of the quickest most helpful mechanics in Merced. Definitely recommend.

Six months ago I went to another shop who said it was my fuel pump, I came to Sierra Muffler and it was something else they saved me time and money. Ever since this is where Ill bring my car to get fixed and as always Im treated respectfully and honestly. Thank you!

These guys are all over Facebook and social media doing shady work; charging people for one component but installing a knock off instead. After watching the video and seeing how the customer was treated felt like going out of my way to intentionally bring this guys review down and warn others of the illegitamcy of this guys business. Stay away

Sets appropriate expectations regarding work time frames and very friendly, would definitely recommend them for radiator and muffler repairs.

These people ripped my mom off and they claimed to do service and did not and oils not even provide a receipt of items fixed only gave back old parts if any one has little to no knowledge of cars or if you do you will know not to ever go here my mom wasted time and money and I used to work at razzari and never came across such horrible and unprofessional customer service in my life or lack of respect for the public please do not support this business

Came for a tuneup, left with a messed up Jeep! They drained my transmission fluid and never put any back in. Not one drop! I would say keep all your receipts and make them do the job right. Stay AWAY

Took my F150 for a tune up they changed 7 spark plugs and left 1 old plug, they said the fuel and air pump were changed (I was charged for it also) and they werent, the temperature sensor was to be replaced and it wasnt. Now my trucks shaking and making noises and it doesnt have the power it prior.

These guys can and will fix anything for a price less than their chain competitors, and even for less than some of their local counterparts.

Okay let me start off by saying these cretins put my mufflers on backwards! also my frame is painted so instead of grinding the paint away to get a clean weld dude burns threw the enamel.. unprofessional indeed

I had a not so good of a experience either.

I took my vehicle just for a regular oil change and after I took my car on the freeway they forgot to put the oil cap back on and my oil spill all over the freeway and my engine blew up and they never too responsibility.😎
