This place is so unprofessional. Not sure if the owner was on her period or what. She’s always friendly but this one time, she sold us some cold rolled tacos. When I say cold I mean like frozen potatoes cold. I tried to make things right with her over the phone but she completely ignored the fact that we can get sick from eating this plate. She told me that she won’t replace it.I told her that we are loyal customers and refer so many people there. But she acted all stuck up.So I decided to call the health department and I made a complaint against this place..Next time listen to ur customers. Don’t be greedy to make a quick buck!!!!!

Amazing fruit bowl and roasted corn! Bacon wrapped hot dog was excellent too! The customer service is outstanding and fast! I will come back everytime Im in Merced! Love this place!

Oh my goodness!!! This place is awesome. It is getting hot and something other than fast food is always treat. Craving something light and refreshing during a hot day this place will hit the spot. My family will be returning for more.

The worst Customer service in my life I’ve ever experience I went in purchased an Agua Fresca but it was extremely sweet I asked to pour half out and add water to dilute with the young lady helping me out went to ask the female owner on premises… young lady came back saying, I I can’t do that due to policy .. But than the owner yelled across the room you can buy a water bottle and add it yourself!! Rude don’t go to this place plus they don’t wear gloves 🧤 while preparing food just an observation!!

The spinach pineapple water is very refreshing and delicious. I highly recommend this one. Well all of them I recommend. It was hard to choose.

I called and placed an order for pickup when they opened at 11am and was told it would be 15-20 minutes yet I get there at 11:15 and they are still closed and wait around until 11:28 and they were still closed, I called to let them know I was there and she is going to tell me “ Yes we open in ten minutes when it was about to be 11:30”, I left. So ridiculous you can not run a business like that with kids working and not caring about customer service relationships this happened on May 13th

The food, drinks, and service is good but the hours of operation is horrible. They close at 7pm. This is california where mostly everyone eats or goes out after 7pm. Were lucky to get out of work and get the kids ready before 7pm

20 minute wait for two medium waters and a raspado. I don’t understand how everyone kept walking in and out the whole time. After 10 minutes we asked and they told us 5 more minutes. How are the raspados made!?

I first came to this place when they first opened, now many many months later they have more than just improved. Their options are plentiful and you will struggle picking what you want but the super friendly staff will assist you in making your decision! Definitely recommend!!!
