My first time going and decided to order over the phone. When I came in I saw some one at the front register. I walked right up to her and she ignored me. Like completely wouldnt make eye contact or say oh she can help you over there. Ive never been here so I look lost and no one said anything to me. I found someone else and told her Im here to pick up an order. She helped me. A couple came in after me and they got greeted and was helped immediately. So the service sucks. Super unfriendly staff. Food was really good though so I gave it 3 stars. Dont know if Ill be back though because service.

Best prices for their great tasting food! The portions of the proteins are the best! Great seasoning. The most fresh sweet bread all around. Not to mention the delicious mangoneadas to beat the heat!

Absolutely the best bakery to be found in Merced! Today was my first day going there and I was not disappointed! This place is hands-down one of the best bakeries I have ever been to and the people are super nice and super helpful! You have gained a loyal customer in me and even though I have to drive all the way from Mariposa to get there I will make my weekly trip because it is worth it!!

Is hard to find vegetarian food that tastes good. This place was God sent..not only do I get tasty vegetarian food but is also affordable and no one looks or sounds annoyed about me asking for no meet. I am generally grateful and sad because I move back to San Francisco soon and I want to pack this whole place and take it with me 😭😭😭 you guys are amazing and helped made difficult days bearable. Great customer service! Apart from their delicious pan dulce, I purchased my wedding cake from them. It was really well done for a reasonable price and delicious! The cake baker/decorator did a really good job.

Sonnets should be sung of this place. The pan, the tres leches cake, the salsas, the food options for even vegetarians, you got mexican candy, the flexibility with however you want it, aguas frescas, on weekends there is menudo, and at a reasonable price. Seriously great place and always busy, the pan is amazing!!!!!! Enjoy!!!

Have came to this little store about three times for lunch. Ordered a burrito and also one for my wife. Both were excellent. Wait wasn’t too long but long enough to let you know they were serious. They serve ice cream, bake bread and sweets. Folks are friendly and attentive.

Called to see if the Panaderia was open, the lady who answered was super friendly n answered all my questions.Decided to go check out this store n WOW we were pleasantly surprised. The fresh bread kept coming out n we were able to get all our favorites... We will definitely b coming back!!!

They have a security guard working and that made me feel safe and my personal property protected. He even helped my mother out of the car. Imagine how much tax money we could save if more local businesses adopted this model.

Exceptional service and wonderful people. The food is delicious and for a decent price. The employees there get to know you and remember your name. I rarely give a full five stars. I often want to give four and a half or three and three quarters stars but this place deserves five. They are exactly what they say they are, a Panaderia.Yes, they have other Foods, they have delicious hot foods made right there for you as well, ice cream, other market sundries you might need for your food especially if you cook latin-style periodically.But today I went there for lots of pan, Mexican sweet breads. The lady was really sweet, we spoke in Spanish, the other girls that have helped me there also really awesome.Ive never actually sat down to eat there. Im usually in a hurry, but you cant beat great Mexican sweetbreads and the price is amazing! Go there. You wont be disappointed. If you want fancy-schmancy go somewhere else. If you want the real deal go here.

Best place to get your sweet bread and Mexican imports (drinks, candies, food). A great place to eat authentic Mexican food which are delicious! They also sell delicious frozen treats and fresh drinks.

This might seem repetitive but their bread is the absolute best in town. Super friendly people and always helpful. The mangonadas are are a must try if you ever stop by this place.

Great rice pudding and pastries! They dont always have the rice pudding, and Id suggest coming earlier to get fresher bread. The concha + pasteles (birthday cake?) are good, and some of the cream-filled ones are good too!

This is the best bakery in Merced, Mexican or otherwise. Its not easy to find, they could probably do with a new sign but they are always busy so I guess they dont need it. The baked goods are awesome. I also like the hot food that I have tried so far. The tamales have a perfect meat:masa ratio and everything always tastes fresh which is always a good thing. Theres also a little ice cream shop on one side of the store. From outside you wouldnt even know it was a bakery if not for the smell of fresh baked goodness you can smell from a distance. I am sure that those bigger mercado type stores have their benefits but I know where to go to get quality and taste. The prices are even better too!

My daughter purchased a Tres Leche cake for my grand daughters birthday party. Cake was overly soggy, besides that if you cant deliver when stated and not an hour n a half later, Have the decency to call your clients! They do have things going on instead of trying to wait around. Should have gotten a discount or something. One more thing if you cant handle the demand get some help.

The menudo is good! Bread is good get there early or be prepared to wait in line.

The menudo (come early) on Sunday is consistently good. Pan dulce is always delicious and I enjoy the wide variety of other cold deserts like the ice cream, flan and parfait.

Yesterday I went with my daughter to eat at this place. I regretted seeing the. That she attended us very credulous and from Malaga. Carnitas Latorta that I asked for the tough meat. And well buttery. And the customer service is terrible, but the worst, but not all of those who work there are like that, some are very friendly, but to get it better, Im not going back to that store. 9-17-18 east. Day I went to the owners of the store, pretend well, who they put to tend to people because this woman just twisted her face and even my girl was treated badly, it was like 4pm
