Havent shopped there much. Clerks are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them highly for a shopping experience.

The Mentor store was recently remodeled which gave it more walking space. Some items are only sold online, though. Not much of Home Decor in stock. I am a Beyond+ member and love it. This gives me a 20% discount instore or online for more choices and free shipping! More than pays for itself at only $29 per year.

Wide selection of homegoods and coupons are the reason I keep going back. Mentor is newly remodeled and looks nice.

An average bed bath and beyond store. Has a smaller selection of brands of home necessities and decor. Pricey unless a sale is happening or you have a coupon. Check homegoods and kohls first for the best prices!

Clean and somewhat organized. So much merchandise in this store that not even the associates know where everything is. Was back in linen section and this associate was on the phone talking to a customer and the associate was rather very abrasive and when she hung up, she SLAMMED the phone down.

Was glad to see this store is still open since the one on Som Center and the one on Harvard have closed. This one is smaller than the one in Solon, but much closer and they had what I was looking for. Did find it odd that the manager stated that they could not sign me up for their membership program at the store for $29.99. My phone was dead so I was unable to do it. So I put other items back and just got 1 thing. They encourage you to join, but cant sign you up, poor business management in my opinion. 🤷🏽‍♀️

They place obnoxious security tags right over product labels making it difficult (if not impossible). When the clerk couldnt remove the tag after purchase I gave up and returned the sheets I had just purchased. It was quicker than waiting on someone who knew how to remove the tag.

Got some machine washable placemats at a DEEP discount, originally $5.99 each, got them for $1.49 a piece. You have to look for them, but you can find high quality items for very good prices.

It was my first time into this store, and it will be my last. We were looking for bedding for our new bedroom set, and were really excited. Not only were things not really priced, if there was a price tag it was written in chicken scratch. Some tags were in random spots, some items that had a sheet of pricing on the shelf were also stocked elsewhere leading you to have to walk around aimlessly to figure things out. Very overwhelming! I asked a staff member for help, and not only was she snappy right off the bat- she said that sometimes if an item is out on the floor that means it’s discontinued. So, “what you’re looking for might not even be available anymore.” Without even looking at what we were talking about. The kicker, however, was when she mentioned to me that she “was extremely busy” when we were walking to the display bed. Needless to say, we won’t be returning and I’m disappointed that I was such a burden as a paying customer. Not even worth a star.

Amazing experience at the store with Associate Karleigh. An item I wanted to purchase was ringing up at a higher price than listed. Karleigh took the time to look it up on the companys website and price match it. She was very professional, patient and friendly and is truly an asset to the store. After my experience with her, I will definitely return!

Store manager Holly was great today. She honored a commitment given to me by an online CSR for a 20% off price adjustment on a $900 item that they subsequently rescinded AFTER I bought $800 of giftcards to pay for it. Two other online CSR reps said there was nothing they could do, sorry I was given bad information! I was unable to speak with a supervisor. I was getting nowhere with them, so I went to my store, and Holly made things right. She placed the order for me, and I was on my way. Outstanding service in the Mentor store!

Wow! What a great shopping experience at BBB. Originally had ordered a coffee grinder online for curbside. Went inside to actually look at it for size before I picked up my online order. Noticed a 10.00 difference in price. Despite the long lines and heavy traffic in store The Online Customer Rep., Manager took care of me with no delay or hassle and adjusted everything for me and credited my card back the balance. This is also a very well organized clean store. Excellent! 10 stars to the Floor crew, csr and management.

All the aisles in this store are very crammed together makes it hard to walk around and find things. However, I believe all BB& B stores are the same way. it was very difficult to find anyone working on the floor this day however when we found Jess (sp) she was extremely helpful - thank you Jess!

It wasnt that bad. But it wasnt that great either. The staff, well some, were not welcoming, two of the store employees held a long personal conversation around customers instead of assisting them, and this store doesnt really have much of a variety like the other stores.

My fiance and I are doing our wedding registry here and they are very helpful. They practically set up everything for us and we just got pick what we liked. Very hastle free and they have some great products in their store.

Would give 5 stars because who doesnt love Bed, Bath and Beyond but I have to give it for because virtually only half of the items in the store have a price tag. So Management if you are reading this, get a price check gun or get on top of your price tags.

The team is friendly. It is well stocked. It has good parking. And in case what you bought is a gift for someone they have an area where they supply wrapping paper and tape for you to wrap the gift. There is no charge for this.

The place is a ghost town aside from employees chit chatting in small groups.. Not one of them greeted me while I was walking through the store. Back when I worked for them that was a HUGE no no.The merchandise is way overpriced. Youd do better at Target.

Any kitchen or household whosit or whats it your heart desires is probably hiding somewhere in here. They have most of the major brands for kitchen utensils, dinnerware, countertop appliances, bedding, etc. that you might be looking for. Theres ample aisle space to navigate the store and the staff are friendly. Some of the displays could use a little attention but overall a good store. Just make sure to use one of their numerous coupons for your purchase.

Did our wedding registry and the staff was fantastic. Left us alone for the most part but checked in every once in awhile to make sure we were doing ok and to make some suggestions. They had obviously read through our registry and made some good suggestions and were very honest when we picked an item that wasnt going to work very well for us. Overall amazing service.

On Sunday I visited bed bath & beyond. I went there to get some Hanukkah candles because my family and I were running londa. Fortunately or the last night of Hanukkah but I was able to pick up at least five extra boxes of Hanukkah candles. So so my family and I wont run out of them next year. I also like the large selection of different merchandise from bathroom article such as shower curtains towel holders, coffee makers blankets everything that you need you can find at bed bath & beyond. What I particularly like about bed bath & beyond, they also have on display many items that many entrepreneurs from the TV series shark tank. thats another reason why I like going to bed bath & beyond, many times this corporation gives the entrepreneurial Spirit a chance to make their mark on society. While at the same time giving us quality merchandise. Well done bed bath & beyond.
