Ordered a set of 4-Round 4 Cradlestakes to hold the ends of four 48-inch flexible downspout extensions I purchased at Menards. Placing these around the extensions was easy and they worked like a charm. These will prevent the ends from moving around during high winds, keep them planted to the ground facing the direction you aim them in away from the property, and prevent them being accidentally shifted around by groundskeepers. Would highly recommend.

Love love love this product. The Cradlestake is super easy to install and does exactly what it is meant to do. I have had them on for a few months and not once have I had to fix my downspouts AND I can now weedwack around them with ease. Problem solved. Thank you Cradlestake!
