Had a very good breakfast fixed just now I asked that and means a lot.

Last year I bought 4 BRAND NEW TIRES from Fleet Farm in Menomonie, WI due to Eau Claire not having my tires in stock. After receiving my tires from Menomonie, WI, my wife and I had been noticing low pressure tire alarm from our brand new tires. We figured it may have been due to our rims or possible the cold weather as this was closer to the fall and winter season when we purchased the tires. Low pressure tire alarm was a weekly issue for use and we even reverted to carrying an air pump for our tires in our vehicle. Fast forward to a year later which is today 10/12/2021. Scheduled a tire rotation at the Eau Claire. WI Fleet Farm location. Per my tire package that I purchased with my new tires last year, my tire rotation is Free. I also suggest they check my tires due to the constant low pressure. After my appointment with Eau Claire, they stated WHO EVER REPLACED MY VEHICLE WITH ALL 4 BRAND NEW TIRES DID NOT INSTALL THEM CORRECTLY AND DID NOT CLEAN MY BEADS AND SEAL. Even before my appointment, the gal on the phone stated it was probably due to poor installation of my new tires. So what your telling is that due to poor installation of my brand new tires from last year, I had to suffer cold fingers all last year inflating my tires???? I also read reviews of my tires online and others had the same issue of low pressure tires with the same specific tire brand. Now im wondering if those with low pressure issue were all due to poor installation error and not the tires themselves???? Look at photo I attached for proof of this review. The statement was from a mechanic at the Eau Claire, WI location stating the reason for the constant low pressure issue. I only had them check two of my tires. Tomorrow I plan to call and have them check my other two tires to ensure all 4 tires were installed correctly. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I really appreciate having a Fleet Farm close to the house. This location is older and smaller than many, but still has a great selection of products. Patronizing a Wisconsin business is always a huge plus!

Smaller fleet farm compared to Hudson and eau Claire. Fast free WiFi. They could not make a duplicate key for the truck. Fleet farm has the best green treated lumber. It’s not soaking wet like at Menards. Those wet planks will shrink considerably as it dries.We got some bulk fasteners (bolts), paint, fishing bait, and frozen breakfast rolls.

This is a great place to shop! Great atmosphere! Cashier was very nice and got us through the line quickly.

Workers avoid you like the plague here! Ive only met two employees so far that either willingly began a conversation with me or asked if I needed help finding something. look almost anyone in the eye and they turn around or duck into the closest isle. phone service also sucks in there, so trying to Google what I need is a no-go.

Always got the stuff and almost always have an absolute babe at the checkout.

Fleet farm is good place to shop.

I only go to Fleet Farm when Im desperate- shelves are bare and even if you happen to find what you need, prepare to wait in the checkout line for at least 20 minutes. This store has so much potential, but whoever owns/manages it just doesnt care.

They always have a great selection of so many things. Love the pet supplies, its as good as PetSmart

Got stuff to clean my car and the went across the street and found they had free vacuum ! Did buy gas and car wash both excellent

Never a line at the check out. Store has a wide variety of products. Staff is generally friendly. Shelves are usually well stocked.

There no employees. 2 checkouts 10-15 in each line. Walked around store 2 to any employees. Gave up. Will not return. This was in middle of ta week day.

Got done with our shopping. We go to pay and theres ONE register open. We stood and waited as the line got longer. By the time they opened up 2 more registers, the line was back to the gun counter. They need more employees. I shop there a lot and its always hard to find someone to help you.

Well stocked, friendly staff, clean. Wide variety of things. If you have never been to a fleet farm I would go talk a look around. There is something is things for everyone. I choose them instead of other stores often and I have no tractor or cattle!

Friendly staffs/easy access to store

I used the online pick up the other day and needless to say it was below average experience. They asked me for my drivers license when I pulled in so they could find my order. I pulled up to the designated spot and I was the only one there. It must have took approximately 10 minutes to find my order as the lady at the front gate gave the guy the wrong name for my order. Hopefully this gets better.

Currently Id rate it a 3 star store. Dont know if its due to lack of employees or lack of product but a lot of empty shelves currently.

Just trying to avoid people without masks. Im in a higher risk group.It was impossible today, despite the size of the store. Got stuck at a corner. Had to change aisles a few times.Stopped to get gas and was followed in by another maskless person. Mask on cashier was under the nose.So, Im done for the foreseeable future. Ill be driving to Menards.Two stars because of the dog food selection and the staff is nice (outside of the gas station cashier.

Had the spices I was looking for and a great clearance selection

For a farm store, they rarely have what Im looking for when I need something for the farm. Usually they are out of it, and for several weeks at a time.

Nice to shop there BUT only 2 cashiers on duty with a lot of people walking around not doing anything they couldnt help check you out if they were checking out i know I would have bought more things

Worst place to find anything. A lot of rude customer especially the HR girl, half of the workers dont know were anything is.

I like Fleet Farm. They have good sales. I like their bulk candy/snacks. They encourage people to wear masks and have a stack of free masks when you walk in, but they dont require it, which I wish they did. One of their employees followed me into the bathroom once and let me know that I was in the womens bathroom just so you know, this is the womens bathroom... I totally get it, Im wearing a winter coat (gray, not pink) and a hat and a mask and Im tall for a female bodied person; you cant tell what my gender is, but men dont go into womens bathrooms and its worth no ones energy to bathroom/gender police. Also realize that the people who get bathroom policed dont get bathroom policed just once or just twice, its constant. Its why I dont use public bathrooms unless I really need to.

Never enough staff on. Only 3 check outs open. Liked better when Mills owned it.

Good place to shop, but need more than two registers open on weekends.

The best fleetfarm ive been to apart fr the one in Wausau. Seems like they are becoming gradually mismanaged though, they are losing focus of who their customers actually are.They put toys in place of the plumbing stuff, instead of by household/family stuff and crammed fittings into a narrow isle. Sort of annoying. The fastener section has vastly improved since the big change, but still not as good as it used to be.Beside those gripes, they are still well stocked with most of the things i might need.

The store cares enough to take my money but not enough to ask customers to wear masks. To me this says they dont really care about me as a customer. Poorly stocked, demoralized employees, I am discontinuing being a customer at this business until they are better stocked and demonstrate better customer service.

Very impressed, there change over or update did take awhile . And yes frustrated us customers . But just came from there and very impressed with the shelves are well stocked clean and orderly . Plus I heard they won a big Award for it ! Great job Blains RICE LAKE !!👍

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I think it’s the lowest you can go... the store cannot stock basic needs... if you’re looking to make basic repairs to home or farm equipment don’t even stop here... save yourself the disappointment and anger and go right to Menards

Lots of stuff in the way in sporting goods, trip hazards! High ammo prices! I miss the old Fleet Farm. Cabelas prices. 🤮

Customer service was ok. The point of sale system does not reflect the true inventory. The in store wedding registry system is very very old.

They have a small open trailer for rent that is very useful for small loads

Fleet Farm is the best place I know to buy wild bird supplies at reasonable prices. They have a very good, mostly contactless, yard pickup system with helpful and timely alerts. My store is the Menomonie, WI store and I have been very satisfied with their service and products.

Was just in and purchased roll of plastic opened it and found to not fit where needed. So husband went next day to return and they said they cant take it back due to it not put back in the plastic it came in. REALLY!🤨👎so what they expected us to tape the plastic back on it. We had the receipt also. Wow great customer service...

Stock on the shelves is slipping. Organization is bad at best. It would be a shame for Menomonie to loose fleetfarm but more viable stores like menards and home depot are too near by for you to ignore your problems.

Slightly disappointed in this store as it use to be my favorite due to the high volume of horse equipment/tack now their horse isle is rather empty. Sad! But I still do enjoy this store more than the sister store Farm & Fleet!

Used to get almost everything I needed from Mills fleet farm. Since it was bought out they dropped the Mills name and apparently half the products. Ive left empty handed more times than I can count and find empty shelves in every isle.

We were there this AM and way too many mouth breathing non mask wearers. We wont be back until were fully vaccinated.

It was good, seems to be a lot of times theyre sold out of some of the things that Id like.

Absolutely terrible. Shelves empty again of my dog food, but after tracking down an associate, there was a pallet in the back. I had pushed the button 10 times and no one showed up. Do the customer assistance buttons even work in the Menomonie building? Why do customers have to go on searches for employees? Long time employee came past and I asked the same question to him. He stated that they are struggling to find people. If 6 start one week the next week maybe 3 will be left. I dont know the answer, i do have a couple ideas, but Im tired of going to Fleet Farm and having the shelves empty so often.

On many occasions, they have been out of the items I need - even those items they advertise in their weekly fliers. I no longer rely on this place, and have chosen alternative places to do my shopping.

Almost never have what Im looking for in stock

Over the last couple of years, I have noticed that FF does not carry an inventory. It is very disappointing that 85% of the time that they dont have the farm supplies I need when I go there. They might as well take the Farm out of their name. I used to enjoy going there. Now I have anxiety when I have to go there. Very sad.

Out of stock on many things. The way this store fills out their clearance tags is also misleading. They put the price in the managers markdown blank and the special price field is where they put the discount which is backwards from how other stores do it.

My fiance likes Fleet Farm more than Farm and Fleet and so does my mom. You can find any type of farm equipment you need in this store at great prices. There are also household items, hunting equipment, fishing equipment, and clothing here along with many other things you might need.

This store is hit or miss for what they have in stock. And unfortunately every employee interaction Ive had here has been rude and short. Truly a short fall as this is the only store like this in Menomonie... Drive 30 minuets east to the Eau Claire store for better inventory and service...

There ok seem to be loosening alot of product

Had a. Flat tire no spare only place with a open tire place on Saturday in menomonee wi, could not spare 15mins to swap.out a tire on a rim did not look very busy.
