We bought a phone from Costco (Very big mistake) after no service from Costco we went to this T-Mobile store. The manager took care of us. He was able to get our phone working and transferred our data over. Brandon did a great job and did not charge us. Very good service and quick. I highly recommend this location.

I beg to differ with a recent review of this store. The guy we worked with Brendan… Brandon? Was phenomenal! He knew the phones, could speak to every aspect of our account. He helped get us everything in order- yes it took some time but he was spot on. He DID call the manager for support and overall we got a great deal. What’s wrong with that?! I’d rather have an employee double check, get support vs make something up. That IS customer service! Just because you don’t get everything YOU want or THINK you deserve doesn’t mean you trash a business. Thank you TMobile.. and your staff (wish I could remember his name!).

Last week my wife and I had the most incredibly satisfying customer service at TMobile’s Falls Parkway store in Menomonee Falls. We were looking to upgrade her iPhone 11 Pro Max to the latest iPhone 13. Alan graciously helped her examine and compare Apple’s various models, ultimately choosing an iPhone 13 Pro in desired blue color. Changing our plan to TMobile Military MAX further enabled us to trade in the older iPhone 11 and receive a $1,000 credit against the new iPhone 13 price. Result = upgrade at no cost.While Alan was processing the phone purchase transaction, store manager Brandon also shared information on the current Apple Watch SE $200 off promotion. Subsequently we also purchased this offered watch upgrade.These gentlemen quickly handled all setup and data transfer on new iPhone 13, installed phone and screen protectors, attached bands on watch, and answered all question on new devices. Not only were Alan and Brandon extremely personable and technically skilled, but both were rare examples of the very best in helpful and friendly customer service.We highly recommend this TMobile store for your phone needs.

Came to this store one day after my G7 phone had done an auto update. The desktop was a mess. Needed help to clean up the desktop and weather app. Trey and Brandon were very polite and helpful and did a super job!! This is my favorite Tmobile store. Ill be back when I need help!

This is a 3rd party store. Staff is new and not trained and they do not know their promotional deals. Was in the store for 3+ hours. Employee was on the phone with his manager because he did not know what to do. And now, for the last week, I have been going to a different T-Mobile store, under the corporate umbrella, and they have had to re-work everything this store did incorrectly. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Awesome store with awesome people they all worked together! some are new people they made sure they called the right people WHICH IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of just lying they made sure to get the correct information. I was very happy with store I dont even live close to the store but I come because they make sure they give me the correct information brandon and tyrae are AMAZING ! Will be back everything I drive a little over an hour just to come see them!

We had a great experience at this T-Mobile.We went in to get our service changed from Verizon to T-Mobile. We have 2 little ones. Defintely thought it would be chaotic going there but it definitely wasnt. We were helped right away. Brion was very helpful and did the process fast! So, there was no wait.Thank you Brion for all your help!

Our phones could not respond to text messages for the last 5 hrs. Calling 611 was over a 2 hr wait. Called local store in Menominee falls and spoke to Brion the Asst. Mgr. Within 5 minutes he talked us through a reset and both our phones are working great again. Thanks again Brion for sharing your expertise.

Megan and staff were super pleasant to work with. I’m sadden so see so many negative reviews about great people. I went in asked for a price on a phone I liked as well as information on something else and was assisted with professionalism. I highly recommend her and the team to best assist you with all you T-Mobile needs. I’ve had the service for 6 years and it’s people like them that keeps me going back!! Great job!!!

Poor customer service.Asked for just prepaid plan change, advised to get new sim inorder to move to the plan what i want and also told I cannot use my same number. I asked them from different phone carrier we can port the number to t-mobile but with in T-Mobile I cannot use the same number is not making sense. Immediately called Customer service, they told they can do and help store in doing that, but store supervisor was not ready to talk to the CSR over phone speaker.Sent detail email to [email protected]. Terrible attitude. Please give proper training to the supervisor.

I was in there to other day with a question about my bill and the workers were helping an elderly couple. The workers were very patient with them even though they had tons of questions. It’s was very nice to see the workers being so helpful and kind to them!

The workers at this location always put their customers first. After having AT&T for 20 years, I decided to switch to T-Mobile and the workers made the transfer so easy. Very polite, kind and helpful. If I need any help with my phone/service, I know they’ll be there to help. Thank you T-Mobile team!

Megan Flores was amazing to work with. My husband and I went in there because we were switching over from AT&T. We have 3 lines and phones to trade-in. Megan did everything to make the transition as smooth and fast as possible. I recommend anyone to go see her anytime they have questions. She is the definition of great customer service.

The worst customer service that we ever received, we walked in to this store to changed the screen protector of our phones ( which we paid every month), the manager, Megan was extremely rude and obnoxious, she refused to replace the screen protector, stating that we weren’t covered, we called to 611 to talk to a supervisor and they noticed that she was wrong they called her and she refused to replace something that we already paid, it’s obviously that she just doesn’t want to do it because we are Latin and she is racist, she even was sarcastic and made fun of us when we where leaving the store..... If thats the kind of a person that represents T-mobile it’s better not be a part of them!!!

Customer Service was exceptionally terrible. They did not understand what was going on and charged for multiple plans, all the while they took away my mobile data access for more than a month. Actual data itself wasn’t bad though. If you want a company with terrible customer service that charges you for multiple phones, and takes away your data, and can’t figure out how to fix it, but has decent data service for the first bit, get T-Mobile. You’ll enjoy many hour long customer service calls just to end up even more frustrated.

I would like to say that I went into TMobile, and was very pleased with the service that I received from the young Man Markel and his Manager Megan. To say that leaving the store, I was well informed and it was extremely refreshing to see that the staff knew what they were talking about and were so personable! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to the Menonomee Falls location!Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!

I went in there to upgrade 3 phones. I was asked if I wanted case for one of the phones. She told me it wouldnt be charged at that time but spread out on my bill. I got home and noticed I was charged the full amount. Also, charged $40 in support fees and no one ever mentioned it at the time of service. I called t mobile the next day to complain(not the store but the 800 number) they said if i ordered online i wouldnt have had to pay the fees. Again, that was never mentioned. We were there an hour, my 4 year old needed to use the bathroom, she said there wasnt onr amd my husband took him to a different store to use the bathroom. What if he hadnt been there? I would have to leave and then come back in thr middle of getting my phones?!?! Absolutely, ridiculous! Then i did call the actual store to complain as well. The guy i talked to was going to look into it and call me back within 30 minutes to an hour and never did! Ive been to other locations and theyre great! I will never go to this store or recommend this location. They are incapable to perform their jobs properly and unprofessional. I plan on bringing this issue up to higher management.

Walked in to this store to get new sim after porting from at&t. Even after providing all the necessary information, sales guy declined to sell a sim card. Visited another T-mobile store on Silverspring dr, staff were very helpful. Ported and activated services on T-mobile within couple of minutes. Hassle free.
