We had the unfortunate belief that Tracker was on par with Polaris or Honda for building & servicing side-by-sides. Oh, how we were wrong.We have had issues with our OX/400 since we bought it. It was in service twice for the same issue and the service manager had the nerve to tell us that the drive belt stretched out due to the way we use it. (We drive it on our property and pick up sticks from the field.)Fast forward, they wanted to charge us for the drive belt even though the problem existed from the day we got it. Eventually they took care of it but not until we engaged the corporate office.After 2 weeks or so they finally call to tell us its ready and we can come get it.Tracker - Thatll be $100-something.Us - for what?Them - the oil change.Us - we didnt ask for an oil change.Them (snotty tone) - just come get itWhen we picked the unit up the service manager was nicer so maybe he was just having a bad day before.He did state that the drive belt should be replaced every couple of years. Really? I just replaced the drive belt on my Cub Cadet and its 15 years old. And it works harder!Maybe their boats are better.
I have dealt with both tracker service centers in memphis by far this one is the best.

My wife and I went there on 1-5-21. They had about 3 boats and no people. We waited around for 15 minutes to see if a salesperson would even show up. Never did. We left. It seems anything to do with Bass Pro pretty much sucks.

Called to check on my boat that was in for an install and warranty work this morning. I understand there are lots of people getting boat work this time of year, and in no way want to get a rush job. I just wanted to know the status of my boat. The guy I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. As a service provider, I think you owe the customer some degree of respect.

Called everywhere looking for marine adhesive and a little advice for my husband regarding installing vinyl flooring on a pontoon no one in the Southaven and Memphis area was ANY help, that is until I called Tracker Boat Center and spoke with Cody Rushing. Wow polite, helpful and even helped me find a place to buy the marine adhesive locally. Bass Pro, Boat Warehouse, Boat and RV Center you need to hire this guy he knows boats!

Tracker has had my 1 year old tritoon since January 14. Today is 3/29. My boat is still not ready. The customer service is lousy. And the warranty is worse. Boat needed new seats. They got them in and there. Wrong. This is very pathetic. I work in customer service at a car dealer if I treated my customers like this, I would be out of a job. My boat is kept at the river. They dont know when. It will he done. Not very happy
