I only shop at Trousseau for my lingerie. The selections are exquisite and the staff knows her clients. My gentlemen friend/s only have to tell the staff my name for them to recommend someone beautiful. Every time I leave, I have had a lovely experience.

I was able to come in to the store and pick up a bra for my daughter and send it to her at college. All of her information was on file. She didnt know the name or size of her bra, but they had all that in their computer. It was quick and easy and the woman at the register was very helpful.

I called and told the owner I was running behind getting to the store before it closed. I needed a piece for a lingerie shower that night. She stayed and waited for me after closing and already had pieces pulled for me. The best experience! Highly recommend!

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The quality and pricing of the items are outstanding. (Always check the sales racks.) My daughters and I will be shopping here regularly, especially since they carry bra sizes that can be difficult to find in other stores. This store is really good for bras for women that are hard to fit. They didnt have what I needed that day but theyre willing to keep trying till they do. Stores nice clean. Theyre clerks are very helpful and very cheerful.

I honestly dont buy lingerie anywhere else because I know these ladies have more knowledge on fit and function than the majority of the lingerie stores in this city. Products are top quality and last as long as you take care of them. I cant wait to do my bridal registry later this summer!

My first encounter was several years ago when I was searching for a sports bra. I was asked if I would like a bra fitting, and I agreed. I have been a customer since then. The customer service has been nothing, but phenomenal. Im always greeted with a warm and friendly smile, and they know me by name. Amy ensures that I have the best fit possible when purchasing bras. She even calls me when she gets a style in that would accommodate my needs (Im on the busty side). If I need a particular color or style, Amy finds it. I cant say enough great things about Trousseau and their staff. If you havent stopped by, you should!!!

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the most pleasant lady. She helped my wife right away find a bra that actually fit her. I went to find the perfect pieces for a boudoir shoot I am doing for my fiances wedding day surprise. Amy and her team had a great selection and spotted the perfect sizing as soon as I walked in the door. I found exactly what I wanted for our wedding night and it fits like a charm! I will certainly be back for a custom bra fitting and remain loyal for all things lingerie.

I no longer live in Memphis, but when I come to town a few times a year, I shop at Trousseau to stock up on sleepwear, bras and panties. The excellent staff remembers me and makes me feel like Im a part of the family- especially the owner, Amy. Im not the easiest fit and they always patiently help me find the perfect bra. I also love to pick out cute Pjs and shapewear.

For most of my life, I never really understood the importance of a properly fitted bra. Having a bra professionally fitted at Trouseau has changed by life. First, I am so much more comfortable than I have ever been in a bra before. Second, it makes a huge difference in how my clothes fit and how they hang. Thank you Trousseau for educating me. This shop is GREAT. They do professional fittings, and all the workers were incredibly polite. My attendant brough no less than 20 bras in for me to try on (because Im soet of a strange size / shape), and I left having bought 2 bras. 10 out of 10 would recommend. 💓

Ive had a chance to work with the team at Trousseau and they explained to me the depth and care they go into, to helping someone select the perfect bra and I was very impressed.Even hearing stories about people visiting their store with back pain and leaving without the pain because they helped them find the right bra is just awesome.

The young lady Casey (I think) was super helpful helping me pick out the right pieces for my wedding night! If she hadnt helped I may have walked in and right back out after not seeing anything just right my first glance through. She also gave me the courage to add a pair of lace leggings which I probably would have been to nervous to consider! Thank you girl!!

I had the best experience shopping at this store. I normally do not write reviews but they went above and beyond to help me find something very specific I wanted to give as a gift. The lady that worked there was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I got exactly what I wanted as well as several other gift items. Plus, they have a great selection of Bedhead pajamas - my favorite! If you havent been there, I would highly recommend checking them out. They have a wide range of sizes and they will order it for you if they do not have it in stock.

My experience shopping at Trousseau was exemplary. As I entered the shop I was greeted by all three of the employees by both speech and gaze. We exchanged a little chat about the days of Trousseau in Midtown and then got down to business. Anna was warm and friendly and clearly excels at her craft. This young woman not only fit me perfectly but educated me on all sorts of details I had no idea about and had thought myself well informed. In all of my life I have been fitted several times but only perhaps three of those times would I say were done well. Of those three, my experience at Trousseau was only equal to if it did not exceed the previously rated top experience. Thank you Amy and a special thank you to Anna.
