Abby provided my daughter and I outstanding customer service! This is a great representation of the employer. She was very knowledgeable in assisting us with the perfect size in bras. They are extremely helpful and make sure you walk out with exactly what you need and make sure you are comfortable in the process! I went for my wedding undergarments and ended up getting a regular bra as well. They changed how I feel about my body and helped with an option I didnt even know existed.

Being going for many years for specialty bras. Staff is knowledgeable and they carry very large sizes and many types of specialty bras. Its best to get a professional fit.

This was our first visit to A Fitting Place and we were not sure what to expect. Die to COVID-19covid-19 we had to make an appointment and called to let them know we were there.Once they confirmed our appointments two ladies assist us with measuring and proper fitting. I was a little uneasy about a stranger looking at me, but it was more like my sister was in the dressing room helping try on clothing. All the uneasiness went out of the window! We both had an awesome experience and we will be back!Thanks, ladies for making feel so comfortable and being super professional!!🥰

This place is fantastic! Our visit was the first time my daughter has found bras she loves and did not walk out mad or in tears. Great bra selection especially for larger busted women or women that have had surgery. The women working here are very nice and experienced. Prices are not bad either and they have great sales! Check them out!

Extremely helpful employees. I needed a specific item that fit in a very specific way. They knew exactly what I needed, helped with fitting, brought me a few to try, and then a few more, and a few more until I was satisfied. Theyre truly professionals. They even filed my purchase with my insurance company and sent me a check for what the insurance paid. Plus, they have a great selection of Walcoal garments, which I will go back for at a later date.

Great Service! I was impressed with their selection and quality of service. They genuinely care about the customers satisfaction. I usually have a difficult time finding a bra that looks and feels great so it was a refreshing experience to find a place that can accommodate my needs.

I was helped by Randi (I believe that’s the spelling). The service was quick and courteous. She measured me and found a well priced bra. I was in and out in like 20 minutes, maybe less. I’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful fit! I never knew I could actually have a bra that fit comfortably and hold/cover the entire breast. I can have a lace wire no padding bra!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ The staff was knowledgeable helpful and kind. The owner was delightful and had real women in mind when creating this store. Now the prices ugh, look by two bras a year if you have to it is worth it. Mine was like $60 but if fits like a dream.

Seemed to have a good selection, but I was actively prevented from shopping by the staff who were rude, obnoxious and very intrusive. They practically escorted me out the door when I said Id like to browse around for a bit before getting any assistance... Will NOT be back!

Today I was looking for a bra to wear with my grandmothers wedding dress. Im a 32 G cup and the dress is being altered to be backless. The sales associates were so helpful, professional and knowledgable. They knew exactly which bra to put me in and it fits perfectly. They have a great selection of products. There were two older ladies that were very warm and inviting BUT I was assisted but a younger lady who was not nice, not inviting, and frankly rude. I was there to purchase a corset which my mother in law later told me I didn’t need so I changed my mind, she told me the ones I liked she didn’t, she asked was I actually going to purchase one, and then when I told her I changed my mind I got ummhmmms. She kept telling me that there is no refunds. She was not helpful at all. She helped me try on corsets but was not informative to what my body type needed. If I would’ve been helped by one of the other ladies I probably would’ve made the purchase, but because I got so many rude disclaimers I was too hesitant. I’m never going back.

I have always been very impressed with this store with their large selection of inventory and their employees are so helpful in getting the correct fit in bras -that is why when I found them 3 years ago,we (myself and 2 daughters) buy all of our bathing suits and bras from them and are willing to pay the higher price for correct fits and larger selections.However, I purchased 2 expensive bras ($70 each) this week and the next morning received an email that all bras were buy 2 get 1 free. I returned to the store that morning in under 15 hours of purchasing and the manager would not allow me to return the two bras to repurchase or honor the new sale. While I realize the sale was not on previously purchased merchandise... I would think to keep a customer happy and show good will (as I know in the last year I had spent over at least $700 in the store) ...she (the manager/owner)should have been more accommodating . Very disappointing when a store you are loyal too and that you recommend to others is not more appreciative of your loyalty. The other staff in the store are extremely helpful and friendly, but the manager /owner has NO customer service!! So the two star rating is purely rating owner -manager customer skills. It will be very hard for me to to shop here in the future with the way the manager treated me this week.

I absolutely love this place. The prices are a little hard to deal with however it is the place that gets the job done. Ive been coming here for a few years now and its been one amazing experience and Ive always felt comfortable there. This past time I was there was pretty pleasant with the irk I was working with until one of the workers came over and started to help but the help became to handling the whole entire situation. The girl that was helping me was in my best interests and treated me like a person not just a wallet that had the money tree seeds. I believe the woman who took over was Janet if Im not mistaken and she was slightly rude and had a hard time of coming back from that. The girl that WAS helping me was trying her best to make me comfortable at an aforadable price. All Janet did was try to sell something pretty but all of it was painful and didnt fit me the way to be comfortable in. I have ALWAYS had a very pleasent experience here until this last half of my shopping time. Next time I will be requesting the people have worked with before Janet took over.

Fine, but still unsatisfying.I have been on a search for a somewhere that could sell me a white, bridal corset and I found this store on Google maps after searching lingerie store. Seeing that the store is a 20+ minute drive from where I stay, I decided to call them to make sure they sold what I was looking for. When I did so, not only did the woman on the other end of the line have a less than courteous tone about her, but she also misinformed me by saying they did, in fact, carry white corsets only for me to drive all the way there to be told they do not.However, despite the irritating experience, they did try to help me find an alternative to a corset and though I didnt find anything I liked, I appriciated the gesture.
