Called to get a part for my furnace, guy asked if I had an account, I said no I don’t.He said “ we don’t sell to the public,and hung up on me. Bad review for not be polite person.

Most of the bad reviews are from homeowners. Me, Lennox, Code enforcement, and the State of Tennessee all agree that you shouldn’t be allowed to buy parts and equipment unless you are a liscensed, bonded, and insured contractor.

I ordered a part 5 days ago and its still not here. I would suggest any other equipment but Lennox unless you like headaches.

Lady at desk or the phone was rude,only that told me since Im a homeowner o could not buy ac or heat equipment with out license,TRU,bit a furnace ignitor,need better customer service,just plain rude when I explained what I need,I also told her that mid America sells it to the public!
