Really wanted to shop here, but I can’t because the motorized cart was apparently stolen and they don’t have another one. Very disappointed. I didn’t do store pickup as I was coming from an appointment in this area and wanted to stop and get a few things and I hadn’t anticipated that I’d be unable to do that.

I love this store. You can buy everything in there. The store is clean, the staff are amazing and kind, and the prices are fantastic.

I know this store is a little more expensive than Kroger but the quality of food is better. Its a smaller store but not missing out on anything. Best seafood n meat selection with sum other goodies in between. N those complete meals are amazing, they switch up weekly. A complete meal for a family of 4 for $20.00... just checkem out

All of the items in the store were organic and healthy. Its pricey but Id expect that with the quality of the products that they carry. Definitely a specialty store.

Had almost everything I was looking for, due to the pandemic you cant grind your own coffee of course, but great product, cheese, and meat selection and of course they have a nice wine selection as well. Some things are a little pricey and you can find some of the same items at other retailers for less, but this store was clean and ALL the employees I encountered were very pleasant and helpful! I had a great shopping experience!

Excellent fresh food. Both ready to eat and cook at home. A bit pricey but worth it.

I love this Fresh Market no complaints on anything only the time say cloes at 9pm I get there at 8pm and they say we close at 8pm long drive 4 nothing.

Most times when I visit fresh market its midday and the store isnt that crowded so theres a tranquil atmosphere and a clean environment. I particularly love purchasing their meats and seafoods of quality. The deli bar is a favorite of mine also.

I go here for lesser known/obscure sodas. They always seem to have an amazing selection.Now I just wish I could afford to shop there.

Tawanna helped me to decide on the best baked goods for a birthday celebration. She was the best employee that I have ever came across there. The cookies was a great suggestion for my father.

Produce was fresh and competitively priced. Also picked up some great sushi. Cashier was fast, friendly and polite!

Still give 5 stars.... however, on of my favorite items is fresh squeezed OJ. Yesterday, I just grabbed two as I put one in the freezer. We live a good distance from any location in Memphis, and when we got home, I saw the sell by date only two days out. I am not going to dring a half gallon in two days. This is so expensive that I feel you need to pull from shelf sooner. Love your store, but on retirement income, we cannot afford to be throwing out in a few days.

Bought Waldorf Chicken Salad, Crossiants, Pepper steak from the deli (small container over a packet of ready rice makes two generous servings), a couple frozen entrees (eggplant parmesan and small curd vegetarian lasagna), and a container of cranberry orange scones. All are excellent and frequent purchases for me. At age 75 I dont like to cook anymore.

Fantastic butcher shop...both meat and seafood. Staff super helpful. Products on the shelves were unique. Very well stocked floral department. All around a great store. Super neat and clean as well.

I go here multiple times a week to pick up easy dinners and snacks. Fresh Market is like a upscale grocery without the Whole food prices. They have a huge meat selection and all kinds of great premade sides. Lastly check out their orchards for a last minute gift, and dont forget to check out the desserts!

Loved the shopping experience here! We picked up lunch items for a picnic and were thrilled with the fresh options here. Prices are higher than most grocery markets here, but very nice selection of prepared items, great beverage options, and their deli and bakery were well stocked with tasty items. Very clean and well laid out.

This location of Fresh Market is the most convenient for me and overall, I enjoy the store and the wonderful selection of products they offer The produce is lovely and full of selections. The bakery, meats and seafood go above and beyond. The butchers are fabulous! Deli, not so much... I have left the deli on a number occasions when not even acknowledged after standing and waiting once for almost 10 minutes. Yes, I timed it. There were 3 people behind the counter and only one other customer. I was disappointed most recently when getting home with protein shakes that had expired 2 years ago! When I returned them, the cashier and other attendant who came over to help not only seemed put out by the return but offered no apology for the inconvenience of having purchased a 2 year expired product. I wasnt upset about it but did mention that they may want to check the shelf because there were others when I bought these. She didnt say a word and just walked off. It makes me consider my other options for shopping for groceries.

The deli/meat department employees offer minimum help, don’t say anything and do not look happy. Makes me feel like they don’t believe in the products/fresh market or hate they’re job. There are gas station attendants that instill more customer confidence. This is not about cashiers, only the deli/meat department. I come here for specialty items and good meat only, so I see this every time.

Weve been going to this Fresh Market for 15 years and used to love it but the last year its been going downhill. They used to have the best tasting fresh bread and a great selection. Now there is barely anything. Sometimes employees are not very friendly or helpful.Today weve tried their cheesecake for the first time and its the worst cheesecake ever.Krogers and Walmarts cheesecake even taste way better. It is way too dense and doesnt have much flavor at all.

The Fresh Market is what the name implies. They offer fresh fruits, vegetables, and great meats. They also have some high end staples, wines, and an assortment of healthy foods. This location serves east Memphis and is clean and fresh. The staff is helpful as well as friendly. They are a tad pricey but the food is well worth the extra cost especially in the meat and seafood sections.

This place has fantastic produce! The curbside pickup works, which is what has me coming weekly.

The Fresh Market is the only place where I can always find the weirdo of the root vegetable family, fennel. This location has the coolest and most friendly staff who are always helpful and never rude.

I never have a bad experience when I come here. Its by far my favorite grocery store to shop for fresh produce and specialty items.

If you’re someone like me who enjoys their free time and also likes seeing all the seasonal products a grocery store or market has to offer- THEN DO NOT SHOP HERE. If you spend one whole hour in their store- the employees harass you and stare at you until you make a purchase. As I was told by a manager- they consistently deal with shoplifting and theft and they have NO cameras or security system in place to deter this from happening. You hear that criminals? Now is your time! Go to this location! I hope everyone who reads this finds comfort in knowing that at any time they could be faced with lunatics looting the store. But seriously- that is not my problem so do NOT accuse me of jack when it is the owner’s foolish decision NOT to put a security system in place. I still bought all the items in my cart because Fresh Market has very tasty food and good items (hence the 2 stars and not 1) but overall I feel very embarrassed by this incident. So although they made me feel like I was a criminal (a criminal who purchased 100 dollars worth of groceries)- I will give them 2 stars. Also I thought Mike was cool at first, but he was lying about being told to confront me- on his very first day at this location he just decided on a whim to go out of his way to tell me that I needed to make a decision on what i’m buying. Sorry Mike, but I will take as long as I need to make a decision thank you very much. Good luck with your dying chain, I hope this critique yields finer security tactics.

A very nice young lady by the name of Savannah in the seafood department took my call over the phone, and saved me some lobster. She was do very helpful. Great atmosphere there. Service was great.

I love this store. LOVE LOVE LOVE and Charlie and Louie are neighborhood treasures! Prices are more than reasonable but Id pay way more because of Charlie and Louie - they know your name, they care, they look out for you, theyre just really good people with a really great store.

They have the best pizzas and I love the California coastal feel.

Nice products, but good luck finding an employee to help you after 7:30. We were there at 7:45, and I had to check their hours because they looked like they were already closed (they close at 9). Cases were shut down, they looked like they were closing for the night. I had to hunt down an employee to get something out of the bakery case, and then hunt someone else down to check us out.

I love the daily meal deals. Chicken pot pie was sooooooo good. Trying the bourbon salmon tonight. 😋

Its got great ambiance ( a grocery store with classical music playing and no over head lights except spot lights means high $$$) and their breads and pastries are delicious but they are crazy to think Im going to shell out my hard earned cash to buy overpriced groceries. Most everything they sell can get found at Kroger. But I gotta give them kuddos on the pastries and breads and meat!

The employees and manager on duty were very helpful and polite, but once again I was disappointed because they did not have the item I wanted in stock. Many years ago, I was seeking some of the liver pate that I had tasted at a reception. For 3 days in a row, it was frozen and they couldnt sell it to me. Tonight I went in looking for tzatziki. No luck. They stopped carrying it. If I could just go in there once and come out with what I am seeking I would be thrilled with this store. Again, none of this is the fault of the employees or management, nice people all.

I went there today for your regular Tuesday ground Chuck special and as allwsys there is allwsys great service in the meat department.is allways great.the department I complained about that has a lack of good customer service is still in the deli it needs a lot of customer service retraining and better attitudes plus they can not put down there cell phones on fresh market time. This is the only place I town I can find good seafood thats fresh. Their wines are a little pricey but overall a good place to shop .

I wish I lived closer to here. Absolutely one of my favorite grocery stores. The atmosphere is always so relaxing and can usually find good deals for healthy options. Fantastic filet cuts.
