Absolutely love it! The variety of items are great. So many things to choose from. I certainly will continue to shop at that store. The customer service is impeccable.

Love the stalls inside!

We visit this store when seeing family in Memphis. We normally go on a Saturday or Sunday which are both busy. The store usually has at least 20% off the outlet price and 50% around big holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, thanksgiving, & Christmas).If you are looking for advice/recommendations regarding there product I would suggest not going to the outlet. The outlet is a great place to pick up great deals for experienced shoppers.

Fairly empty and they have some great items.

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this store. I was gifted a *used* InstaPot from this store. I understand it is not expected to be in perfect condition, but to sell it to someone WITH LEFTOVER GREASE, CRUMBS, STAINS AND ODOR....that says you clearly dont care what comes off your shelves and into peoples homes. This store clearly did no inspection or ANYTHING before selling it. Would love to post pictures on this review!

One of my favorite stores! The products are always clean, well stocked, and great prices. The staff is attentive without being pushy. Ive never been disappointed with my shopping experiences there. The inventory has upgraded products to make entertaining a breeze. Clearly this is a great customer oriented business.

This is an outlet. Large extensive selection at discount. Fun just to browse. High end kitchen items and small appliances. Most at discounts up to 70- 80% off. Friendly helpful staff.

Great clean store. Lots of decent sales

I really love the things Williams Sonoma offers, such as soaps and candles,waffle and pan cake mixes, gourmet barbeque sauces, cup cake mixes, small kitchen appliances. High end pricing. The only problem is the dont really get and inter act with the black customers as they do with other customers, its almost a feeling of Blacks dont belong inside this store, or I had the nerve to walk in like the store belongs to other races. Thats the feeling I got today and the last time I went, other than that its a very nice high end store to shop for different things.

Truly could see myself making some purchases from this store love the items, for kitchens and bedroom furnishings..Check it out folks very nice stuff, exactly 😊

Oh my goodness, I love this place to death. I shop here whenever Im feeling depressed or constipated, its such a relief to know that a Williams Sonoma is just a drive away. Last Friday I bought this great coffee mug, but its shaped like a wine glass, so when people see it they try to pour wine in it, but then I stop them and tell them its a coffee mug, people get so confused because theres nothing to indicate that its made for coffee. Its such a fun novelty. And Im not even gonna start about the oven mitts, I love my oven mitts soo much.

Prices vary depending on the current discount but always cheaper than the regular catalog or stires. Customer service is good. I always spend money because I find things I like and can use.

Very nice store, extremely bad service. We waited at the register trying to purchase stuff for 10 mins and walked out because no one ever came to help. I went in again the other day while in town for Thanksgiving and again no one helped, no one offered to help. I couldnt find what I was looking for nor anyone to help so just left. They are loosing so much $$ because they dont train their staff well.

A must stop on my Memphis work trips. I always come away with more than will fit in my suitcase! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and many of the same items you love from the non-outlet WS stores!

Great deals on kitchen gadgets and tools. If you like high end kitchenware this is the place to go.

I buy All Clad cookware, US made and they have what I want which is currently D5. I have found 12 gallon stock pots, a chinois, and even a saucier all at marked down prices. If you have a problem have your receipt and you have 30 days to return. Easy to work with. Only problem I had was a return without a receipt but I used the Williams-Sonoma Card and the information was there.

Awesome for casual browsing and scooping up a great deal in the clearance section. Coffee gear is really cheap here.

Quality items and great sales. Were replacing a lot of our kitchen knives with the ceramic Kyocera knives they have here.

I drove from Nashville to Memphis specifically to visit this store. I purchased the wrong knife. You are unable to return items purchased from the outlet at regular williams-sonoma stores, so when I called I was instructed to mail it to them. After mailing it to them, their manager told me that he wouldnt give me my money back, he would only offer me a store credit (which does not line up with thier own return policy. I regret making a purchase from them, and I will not purchase from them again in the future.

Because I love working for them.and I want to order some of their items.

Great place to get discounted William sonoma stuff.

My wife & I recieved some Williams Sonoma gifts at a wedding shower, and shortly after our marriage wanted to return the brand new items for store credit. But when we brought the items up and asked about returning them, we were told that Williams Sonoma could do nothing for us, since we did not have the reciept. When I called customer service, they told me because we might have bought the items on e-bay Williams Sonoma could not give us credit for them. When I was not satisfied with that answer, customer service refered me back to the store management. It appears William Sonoma will not recieve any more business from me. I suggest shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond, as their no-hassle return policy has been exellent the multiple times we have returned or exchanged items from them.
