AWFUL!! They lost my wedding rings two months ago and I’m still getting the run around. I’ve been told so many different tales I don’t know which to believe. My patience is GONE!! I NO LONGER TRUST WHAT THEY TELL ME!! I feel like I’m getting the run around and based on what you see online, shop cautiously. I wish I did my homework on KAY JEWELERS!! They have a habit of doing this to customers. I was told if I ever get my ring back to take it for an appraisal as they replace your diamonds with lesser quality diamonds. I will never take my ring back to Kay’s if they ever replace it. I’ll pay out of pocket for repairs before trusting them again, Kay is 2nd to Tiffany’s in size has anyone ever wondered why they don’t have onsite jewelers to do repairs?? Lost jewelry happens more with Kay’s than I knew. Our jewelry shouldn’t be subject to such carelessness. Then they didn’t tell me my ring was lost until I called in to see if it was ready for pick up!! Downhill ever since!!

Let me just say that the customer service and dedication I received at this location far surpasses any other location I have ever visited. They searched relentlessly for the warranty information i needed to have my wedding ring repaired. They went above and beyond. They even made sure to resolve the situation for future encounters with Kay’s. I will definitely be a return customer because they were so incredibly helpful. I will gladly give them all the monies. Thank you thank you thank you Jeremiah Carter and Demetrius Robinson, the greatest jewelry detectives I could have ever asked for. Thank you for helping me preserve the symbol of love in my marriage. Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about the service I experienced.

My fiance bought my beautiful engagement ring from Kay, and with that ring there have been many changes in our lives! We have been engaged for almost three years now and every six months I have to return to the store to have my ring inspected and cleaned. Some of those changes I mentioned included moving across various states and I am so very happy to say that no matter what I store I have visit, the employees are always so helpful and insightful to all of our questions. I look forward to returning to this particular location to finish picking out our bands with the help of two wonderful ladies who have been such a blessing to us! Thank you again for wonderful customer service (and all the funny jokes we shared!)

I would recommend a friend to this specific location (1575) and the young ladies who work at this location. My husband and I have been to several locations in Memphis, and had our rings made in Bloomington and have lived in Milwaukee, and this was the first time that our whole experience was pleasant and everyone treated us like people. Trane greeted us politely and inquired of our needs during our time there. Charity gave us additional advice on how to take care of our rings. Lauren worked to make sure we felt comfortable while we waited for our rings to be inspected and cleaned. Trane, Charity and Lauren were such a delight, we felt like we were a part of their family when we left. We look forward to returning to the same location in 6 months for our next inspection. Thank you to Trane, Charity and Lauren for your excellent customer service. See you soon!

Be careful! Our visit was great. Service was great. We felt comfortable. We went so far as to run our credit to see what I could afford. We decided to keep looking around and even check out some local jewelers. We ended up finding a local jeweler and thought nothing about Kays at Oak Court UNTIL we received a letter in the mail for a credit card that we did not apply for. Yes we signed a letter authorizing a credit check but not a credit card. Theres a difference and that can really hurt your credit. I didnt really want to close the account fearing a negative remark on my credit score but also I didnt want to forget i had this open account out there. Moral: Kays can be sneaky and aggressive trying to hit their numbers. Even to just sign you up for a credit card.The customer service guy used those terms! thats pretty sad.

Mr.Demetrias R. was awesome, he advised me if on going promotions, he was very knowledgeable about gold, sterling silver and diamond weight. Because of him, I will be visiting Kay Jewelers again.
