I dunno what the grots here are smoking, wait — I think I do — my subscription issues of WhiteDwarf, that’s what!! Every issue I have received since the start of my subscription is beaten, bashed up and brutally mutilated as though the service people here either ran out of tissue paper or just simply hate their jobs. Almost certain I’m receiving the special racial subhuman treatment for my hard-earned money! Everything else in my mail comes in unscathed — even junk mail! But this stuff coming from some rednecks in Tennessee? Arrives like grill fire starter. Get your act together!

It was good place to work but the point system wack

Way to shoot yourselves in the foot by banning your fans from doing what they love.

Company wasted my time and used me. Had me going back and forth with the job process. Had me write 2 application letters, fill out the resume on their site and indeed and take time off for their interview and not to mention the numerous phone calls. After all of this they turn me down through email for the position. I feel like they used me to meet their black appicate quota or something. This was the worst experience ive had trying to find a job especially in these times and you have companies like this doing stuff like this. Unnecessary and unprofessional.

Best place I have ever worked!

I was completely unaware this place existed. I was even more surprised to discover an entire world surrounding the product line. they have a retail shop I was able to patron. The shop attendant was extremely knowledgeable about the product line and was very enthusiastic when it came to entertaining the mountain of questions I had.

Store front seems small for intended use. It is difficult to walk around and look at merchandise when people are playing games in the store area. I know this location used to have a playing area adjacent but it seems like that area has been closed off now. The variety of products seems to have been reduced greatly as well. Considering this is their main warehouse and operating facility I would think that they would want to display a larger visual of what they offer in a much more open area like this location used to be rather than the cramped area it has become.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Had to drive over 2.5 hours to get there for warhammer day. They ensured that I at least got to play a game before I left. Friendly, attentive, and passionate about their hobby and career, it exceeded my expectation and more.

I came in very new to the whole hobby, and the lady working there was happy to give me a lot of tips for a newcomer. I never felt that she was pushing anything on me, and when I turned down a starter set in favor of something more budget, she went out of her way to find me a way to get started within my price range. I will definitely be returning there.

Morgan (the manager) knows her stuff and is very accommodating to newbies getting into the hobby. i visited over the course of a few weeks, knowing absolutely nothing about building and painting the models they sell here. Not only did she teach me the basics of the game, but also got me started painting and building while answering questions and helping me make decisions about something new and foreign to me.

Its really cool to have a local Games Workshop, and it being located in the North American HQ of Games Workshop lets you experience some extra boons. Often professional painters will work on there and give awesome tips and are willing to help any way they can. Stop in with your own figure and paint it there! They also have two large game tables that you can play on, if one is so inclined. The staff is very friendly and are great at introducing tabletop gaming to newcomers.

Horrible service. I got there an hour before closing and the sole employee told me I had to get out since he didnt feel like being there anymore. He also was extremely rude overall to me. Good job making me feel welcome. I will never come back and I will make sure other people know about this horrible store.

Several stores sell Games Workshop miniatures but this is the place to go if you need it today; from the full line of citadel pints and brushes to almost any miniature youre trying to find. This is the distribution location so if anyone can get it for you they can but faster.

The retail portion has been closed down. I wish the folks at HQ would update their Google maps listing and remove the retail pictures in order to prevent excited people taking long trips to a closed location.

I always loved this store, its sad to see it closing its doors by the end of this month.

This place is one fantastic store. As an over the road truck driver it is tough to find a games store I can get to and park my truck on my down time. This is the N American headquarters and distribution center for GW so I was able to park and shop without being hassled by mall cops.The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and low pressure even though their job is obviously to sell you something. I talked with the cashier for over an hour just about painting and gaming. Since they had literally everything I was looking for I baught it all at once rather than having to order as I do at my local shop back in Oregon.Overall, a great experience. I will visit again the next time I have a layover in Memphis.

Ive been going to this location for over 10 years and I dont think Ive ever had a negative experience with the staff. The store itself - if you cant find something there, then they dont make it. I miss the gaming hall - maybe someday it will come back.

Soso. Meh. A lot of the items were not there. Only one worker, so if you need something from the warehouse it wont happen. Construction is also going on.

Wish I had clicked deeper into reviews - Retail section closed. I can only blame myself... But the initial google maps search has misleading reviews. I am sure I would have been fascinated by the retail items in this store....901 Games here I come!
