I have been with metropcs for a lil over a year. I have been trying to get an update for about 3 or 4 months now. Ive been to 3 different stores and all of them were telling me Oh your not eligible for the upgrade, but when I would call customer service they said I am. So today I went to this store. I had no problems what so ever. I love this store they really work with you and you and tell they care about their customers. I would highly recommend if you are a metro custom that you go to this store for all your phone need.

Terrance is thee man!!! He helped me out tremendously today and so did yhe other young lady in there they were friendly and helpful and this is now the only metro store that I will be dealing with for of my metro pcs needs. The customer service was superior. I recommend this store to anyone in the surrounding areas! Thank you guys!

Online hours show open until 10 but they locked door as I was walking up at. 7:30 I said online says 10:00 as they actually laughed at me 5 other stores closed early as well if youre hours are not correct its waste of time for customers that assume they are
