Employees are very friendly and helpful, they really know what they are talking about. The store has a large selection of games for different consoles, prices are also very good for used games and also new with the many sales that they have. You can also sign up to get a five dollar gift card every month to put towards products. Highly recommend this store and hope you have a pleasant experience there! 😁

Great atmosphere everytime I go there.

The young lady and young man that were working here the afternoon of 2/20/21 deserve a raise. Beyond awesome customer service. We couldnt find the right hdmi hookups anywhere so we decided to try gamestop. Thanks to these two employees, they searched and searched for exactly what we needed. We were able to connect the old VCR to the modern big screen TV. Thanks!!

Best place for games

The Nintendo Switch is sold out everywhere!!! However, the clerk helped me order one the site, ordered a game and recommended products and kept me under my intended price!!! He was very nice, friendly and I didnt feel rushed, even when a line was forming.

Went to the Bartlett location because their website lied about having a game I wanted. Drove 20 mins to this location where I was told they were temporarily closed for 20 mins. I proceeded to drive 20 mins home w/o the game. I wonder why this chain is floundering? Surely it has nothing to do with high prices, unplayable used games and poor customer service...

These guys rock so hard. . . While I love Game Stop in general, this store in particular is awesome. . . The people are the most knowledgable of all of the Game Stops Ive been to. They take the time to walk you through choosing your perfect game. With so many choices out there, the causal gamer can quickly become overwhelmed. They always take the time to ask questions and help me choose. Ive never been disappointed! Love these guys and gals!

Ist best to check your games before you leave i bought 2 old games that are hard to find one worked just fine but the other you can only play for about 3 min before it locks up the only inconvenience i that it is far away from me

This is one of the best facilities Ive been to by far. The manager is the real head of the business while the others are not quite as helpful. However, I always choose to checkout or discuss games with the manager when Im there and it always goes so well. If youre looking for a laid back, easy going place to buy your games or get information, this is the place to do so.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful which is why I gave 5 instead of 4 stars. The 4 is because the store is small and really, really packed. Every Game Stop I have been in is a small store, which to me is a ding each time, but I know it going in. They had super good Black Friday deals. Pretty good deals in general.

Definitely the best GameStop in Memphis Thomas the manager along with all of his crew work the hardest to satisfy you as a customer theres no way you wouldnt come back its just that good good great job guys all of you. You go above and beyond what a normal retail store would do for a customer damn good job!!!!!

Staff has an average level of knowledge and can help most customers. However they never have enough staff on hand so expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour waiting to checkout.

Their sga Carsbie was awesome! He showed great customer service and was very knowledgeable about his merchandise.

A little expensive, and the trade in cash and credit is kind of a scam when trading in stuff. But its gamestop, and for nothing else, the collectables and card games boost it, and if that doesnt work for you, the nostalgia will.

They gave me bad disc for the xbox one video game console 2 days in a row. I got home tbe same n next day! And my video game had blackouts in it a whole lot. Same as the next day. And i switched it out. With the same exact game for a better one. And still was messing up n blackouts.

The sales person was trying to push waaaaay too many products and services. I almost didnt purchase my item. I didnt want to reserve anything, I had already agreed to donate and didnt want to donate to another thing, I didnt want the extended warranty, I didnt want any other games as I would have grabbed them if I did, and I didnt want a rewards card. Next time Ill just go to Walmart or Target.

Last night I called Game Stop before leaving my home and spoke to John. When I walked into the store I asked for John and he greeted me while he was eating a pecice of chicken or whatever!!! Never did he be PROFESSIONAL and stop eating to assist me but he continued to finish up his food as he talked to me. I work with the public 7days a week as a carrier with FedEx and also at Uhaul. I couldnt dare trying to pull this with my customers because GOOD customer service is very important when dealing with the public . The controller was used and didnt work very well so I went back in today to exchange it for a different one. The kid at the register was dry as sand with me. He documented on the receipt that i declined to get a warranty coverage might i add that I was never offered today or last night. I think that i might just take my business elsewhere next time!!!!!

Had to come in to replace a glitchy PS4 controller. I mentioned thats what I was doing and the employee behind the counter (ironically named Thomas Taylor) stops me and lets me know that I could get $20 off if I trade in the glitchy controller. So he holds the new one there while I drive home and being the other one back. Thanks to that good experience this is my go-to GameStop now. Thanks Thomas!
