A very pleasant guy, my garage wasn’t cleaned out. He somehow got inside to do his measurements without any complaints.

My experience with DoorPro has been that they are efficient and professional. The service and installation techs have been nice/courteous/thorough and good at what they do. The technician from DoorPro assessed our garage doo issues and made a professional recommendation. Apparently, the contractor did not follow the DoorPro directions when they painted the vinyl sealing gasket, causing the garage door to “stick” to the door when opening.

I don’t really know the COVID protocol for door pro,However the technician approached my door and attempted to come into my home without a mask.I asked him if he had a mask and he did not seemPleased He did go back to his truck for a mask. Heappeared to be frustrated and had the audacity to question me about wether me and my family had been vaccinated, which is a mute issue and not his business!!! All I know is that his attitude was disrespectful and very unprofessional!! This action is unacceptable! He needs to remember as well as Door Pro as a whole that the country is still in a pandemic. We are all trying to deal with this virus with caution ⚠️

Awesome Garage Door Company! We had to buy 2 new garage doors at the same time and they were extremely helpful in picking out what would best fit our needs AND budget! Excellent job. Technician came out after hours on a Friday. He was very professional. He installed new springs and rollers on my door, and it seems to run better now than it ever has before. Two thumbs up!

Door spring broke in cold weather, they came out two days later(as I requested). Joe was professional from start to end. I appreciated him working in the cold so that we could get our car out of garage. He did run late but called to let us know which was fine cause weather was bad and we werent going anywhere. Called 3 places and they were the most straightforward with pricing and the best attitude on the phone, which was more of an issue than youd think when you are trying to give someone business.

Mike with Doorpro Memphis did an excellent job repairing our noisy garage door on 7/25/19. He took the time to find the issue and even offered helpful advice on how to maiantain the garage door and tension spring. We will definitely be using Doorpro Memphis in the future!

There are not many services companies that are as customer orientated as DoorPro. For one, they dont try to up-sell you. The first time I had them over for a broken garage door opener, I thought for sure I would have to replace the opener (gears were completely stripped) but they said they could repair it. They did and the garage door is still in service years afterwards . Second thing, I think their prices are very reasonable. Usually, I shop around for quotes from several services companies if I need some work done but Ive been so pleased with DoorPro that I dont even bother for garage door repair. I learned about them from a friend who had a very similar experience with them. I wish that there were more service companies in the Memphis area that were as reputable as DoorPro.
