I was struggling with spending 2k for injectors so I sent my current injectors in for testing. DCP tested my 8 injectors and found one of the 8 to be bad. They were 100% honest with me and also credited me the test cost towards a replacement injector. Also... every injector came back to me polished with new O-rings and copper washers! DCP provided a great service and saved me a ton of money! Truck is running great again and I couldnt be happier!

Bought an injection pump for my 88 F250 back in April and in less than a month my truck started dying while driving. They give me some ideas to try to adjust, like timing, but none worked so the pump was bad from poor building and had to be warrantied out. Theyve since had my pump for 5 MORE weeks and keep giving me excuse after excuse as to why they havent rebuilt and shipped the pump back. Dont go here for any parts you may need. Customer service is also junk. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY will call you back even if they say they will, to let you know something about your order or warrantied parts. Im never coming back to DCP once I get my pump or my money back in full plus the core charge

Dont bother if you do your going to find out their product is junk if you know how expensive just having 6.0 injectors replaced once well get ready to have a nightmare of repeating it because their injectors are junk and customers service? You got better luck at a Roulette wheel wanted to send me two injectors and I could swap out injectors to find out the bad one. Two of the four I sent back to warranty are bad. I was sent an incorrect injector. I called customer service they sent me a new injector. This one was also incorrect however it would work as a replacement per Ford. Looking at my online banking transactions DCP charged us an additional $10 on a separate transaction and also charges $32.78 for shipping of our core as well as their mistake. We chose not to use their FedEx as USPS was only $19.60 for next day delivery as well as insurance. I was told that the $32.78 would be credited back to our card which it was not and they had no record of what the $10 was for as it was not documented on our account. This means that they also owed us for half of the $19.60 as this was for our core AND their mistake. We were told that they could do nothing as there is no transaction showing in their system for the addition charges. Instead of fighting with him over the phone on all this Ill just take it as a loss and put the word out that youre better off trying to make your own parts then buying parts from this company.

So far not good. Bought the cheap injector for 6.0..didnt work. Upgraded to the more expensive and bought 2. Supposed to be all new parts. Got them and not all new parts. Copper crush washers were deformed as well. The first injector was about a month old with maybe 200 miles on it, and the white o-ring was separating. Cheap parts. 1 of the new worked, so far, the other dont. runs worse than did before. Have had the truck apart about 5 times now just to verify that it wasnt something in the harness. Problem follows injector. Even if they send new ones, its not worth the hassle of tearing down the top of the engine, just to find out they dont work.Update:Spoke on the phone with DCP and they admitted to sending a used injector. Realized it after it happened, but failed to let me know! No compensation, no apology. Please do not deal with this company. So far, 2 out of 2 of the rebuilt, fully tested injectors have been duds. The newest one wont work at all. same result if plugged in or unplugged. The PREMIUM injector, as they like to call them, so far works.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT.I bought 8 rebuilt injectors for a customers 6.0 and they failed right out of the box. Performed a contribution test and initially three were not firing, let the truck sit overnight and the next day, two more were barley working so we pulled them out and sent them back.Its my guess they were not rebuilt properly if at all and after reading the plethora of complaints about this place, they need to be shut down for consumer fraud.I went with NEW motorcraft the second time around. After the system was bled, the truck fired right up, idled rough for about 15 seconds then smooth as a babys snore!If I lived closer to this jack-in-the-box outfit, I would have had a face to face with Billy the owner and Im certain, that meeting would have not turned out well for one of us!

We bought injectors, didn’t need them, sent them back and have been waiting over a month for a refund. They keep claiming they do money returns on Friday but 3 Friday’s have come and gone and nothing. They also come up with the excuse of the snow which melted before we even contacted them the third time. Now we have been in touch with them 4 times, I’m calling a 5th time this morning. $1000 they have of our money and they just keep giving me excuses why they can’t send it back even though they have had their product. I do not recommend this company at all. Not professional and doesn’t seem too legitimate to me.Update: We finally got a partial refund and it wasn’t sent on a Friday like they tried to say was the ONLY day they were capable of doing refunds. Still stand with my review, not professional at all.

I bought 8 injectors for my personal 2002 7.3 diesel, understanding there is a core i sent my injectors in and then had the supplied injectors installed. I did not think much of the surface rust on some on of nozzles but lone behold the truck ran terrible. My diesel tech knows this job like the back of his hand theres no way he did anything wrong so wasting more time we decided to run the truck with the valve covers off to visually see 3 brand new injectors fail to pump oil and operate incorrectly. Ive been in business for a long time and things happen i understand but kindly resolve the issue and quit ignoring me

Purchased a tune-up kit (injectors, glow plugs, and return lines) for an 88 7.3L IDI engine, and paid for 2-day shipping on February 15th. The next day, I received a call from them saying there would be 2 day delay in shipping my order due to a snowstorm in Memphis; no problem. On the 23rd, I received an email saying that my order had shipped, which turned out to be a lie, because a rep called me on the 25th to say that they didnt have any glow plugs so they were going to send what they had and refund the price of the plugs. So much for my 2-day shipping; I received the injectors and line kit on March 1st. On March 3rd, I called them and was told that they would get my refund for the plugs and shipping processed that day. I was also told if I had any more issues with the motor to call in and talk to Luke, their IDI guru. On March 16th, I called and inquired about my refund again. I also asked to speak to Luke. I was told to leave a message and he would get back to me. Today is April 5th... still no refund... still no callback.

I bought a full set of injectors for my 7.3...from DCP i made a mistake ordering ....got one injector wrong and once i figured it out i contacted them and they took care of me on the spot...i had to do a lil leg work...but no problem they fixed my issue n it only cost me 15 bucks to ship them the wrong one back ....i will purchase more from them

Doing business with these people was a nightmare, to start off they left out part of my order the gaskets, then when we finally got the correct parts (injectors for a 7.0) we could not keep the truck running thats when we could get it to start and I never got my core charge back from them either. So we took it to a shop here in town and they reported to me that all 8 injectors were bad, one was so bad it was dead shorting and another was blowing oil out through it and the other 6 were never rebuilt as they advertised. And to top it off when I contacted them about this they told me it would be a 20% restocking fee, now how do you restock bad parts ? as far as I am concerned I am going to write off the parts from them as a lesson learned. So I will never buy anything from them ever again they are nothing short of rip off artist.

Drove my truck to the place to get worked on and it never ran again finally had to get towed $180 to another mechanic who figured it out and 5 of 8 were not working!! They have charged me late fees for core I had to change my card number!! I’m disputing charges through bank now hoping to get some money back!! They refuse to return my money because parts have been installed!! How do you know if they work if you don’t install them! They are getting peoples old injectors supposedly rebuilding them. Ordered a diesel pump with expecting 7-10 days for a replacement. We received the 1st pump damaged after 50 days. Spoke with Austin who was full of excuses and is a poor excuse for a customer service manager. He accepted no responsibility for the time delay or receiving the item damaged. Austin was the most incompetent manager I have ever talked too. The customer service was horrible and Austin refused hear my concerns over bad quality packaging, shipping and time issues. Bought a set of injects 7 /29/20. 8/5/20 Installed them and drove 30 miles. Turn. Around and went back to shop.. got injects test. 2 were were bad.. 8/6/20 evening called and was told a technician would call. 8/7/20 around called back was told again technician would call.. no call yet will try monday 8/10/20.. I just want the 2 injectors replaced that were bad. When I can come pick them up

They were supposed to rebuild my injection pump for a Chevrolet CUCV military truck that runs a DB2. To save money, I negotiated to sell an unrelated core to them along with the one for rebuild. They rebuilt the unrelated core instead and were incredibly slow, admitting that the pump was having trouble passing bench tests. They finally overnighted the pump, but since it wasnt correct, and had different parts on top, it didnt fit. They sent a second pump that also wasnt right and blew out a spring and plunger right away. So, I have 0 useable pumps, and my 30,000 mile numbers matching truck is no longer numbers matching. Then they had the gall to make several $30 charges and finally a $330 charge on my card. $330 alone is more than I payed in the first place. Now, I am out $575, my truck is still a lawn ornament, and they got a military injection pump worth $1100 rebuilt. Run, dont walk away from them.

This company is selling parts they dont actually have.I was told they would have the pump by the end of the week and they said it would be 2 days to build it.So I waited 3 days for a update noone got ahold of me.So I call and they the told me it wont be ready for shipping till the end of the week and i wont be receiving it till the following week.Not a great way to do business. And the listing doesnt say anything about the pump being unavailable.

Dont let the prices fool you, the quality is poor. Problem 1: they sent me 1 injector in the set that was entirely mis-packaged; but to their credit, they remedied this issue, even though it cost me nearly a week of additional time. Problem 2: after install, truck was operating very poorly, well worse than before took to shop and spent several more thousand for them to eventually diagnose 4 bad or underperforming injectors. The term used by the shop was junk injectors. They also discovered that one of the injectors, though had the correct AD labeled on the injector, was an entirely different PN, which was one of the injectors they struggled the most with to diagnose. Problem 3: I called DCP to report the shops findings and determine how DCP would fix this issue, I was simply told to return unused injectors for a refund, if I was unhappy with the product. Nothing said of restocking fees or stipulations. Due to escalating costs in diagnosis and repair on my truck, which was nearing the original quote using motorcraft parts, I decided to keep 4 injectors that were performing OK in my truck. When I returned 4 faulty injectors, along with 4 cores, they would not honor a fair and reasonable request for half my purchase price to be refunded. They charged me a 20% re-stock fee. Lets be clear, I paid 20% additional to return FAULTY injectors. But at this point, I am glad to be DONE with these people. Initially, I thought they had good customer service after problem 1, but that opinion changed once I realize they dont stand behind their products. I suggest potential customers be weary of both quality and the financial risk you will face if you get stuck with a poor quality part.

Worst Rebuild Service Ever, After three installations and twice returning injectors. After two months of testing everything else, I gave up trying to make these work, My truck was now sounding and smoking like a Locomotive, So I bought a new set of bosch injectors from a duramax store and in three days I was driving again with no smoke at all. I really thought my trucks life was over, I trusted there work. I told DCP I wanted a refund for the defective Service, they told me I needed to send (at my cost) injectors back for refund. After them receiving the injectors, I called they charged me a 20% service fee for there non working injectors, And they will not return my good working cores. (Not that I would trust theres to be good cores) I Have never felt so bad dealing with (DCP)

The pump failed to accelerate the tractor over 1400 rpms after rebuild. I will never use the company again it was a waste of $400. Ended up getting the pump rebuilt by a local company for $1,000 and it works great. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any repairs.

My review: Horrible customer service. They make you feel that you do not know what you are talking about. They have a poor way of looking into your order. It does not feel like they are actually looking into the issues and could care less that they took your money without a valid reason. We will NEVER do business with them again nor will we recommend them to anyone.Story of our issues: We bought injectors July of 2018. Once we got them, we immediately shipped back the cores so we would not get charged the core fees. In December of that year, we realized one of the injectors was bad. We contacted them, got a warranty part sent out, and shipped back the defective injector. In March of 2019, we got charged a fee that we were not sure about. The first couple of phone calls they said it was because the warranty replacement was never returned, and then it was because it was late. After they found it was not late, they said it was because we never returned the original core parts. They said we signed a contract that if the parts do not get returned within 35 days, we would be charged late fees, and then eventually the full amount of the parts. I told them I know for a fact that we returned the core injectors but they said because it was over 60 days, they could no longer track the returned package. Because they had no proof they were returned, they cannot do anything and we will eventually be charged the full amount. I did not feel this was correct and kept fighting it and they told me, We are closed now so I will have to call you back tomorrow. That night I found a picture of the return label for the original core injectors and I was able to track it and it showed delivered back in July and signed for by someone in their company. I called the next day to speak with them and let them know I found the tracking number and tracked it and it showed delivered. Once she finally tracked it for herself, because my word was not good enough, she said she would process the refund.

Ordered it 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive today 1-2-2020 and it never came so I looked and it shows they still have it. Never order from this company if your in a rush

I ordered a db2 injection pump on 05/15/2020, it wasn’t shipped until today 05/20/2020 due to me having to fill out a core return form not a big deal ok no worries there. well I payed for the 2 day shipping so I was expecting to see it Friday the 22nd but when I looked at the tracking I says Wednesday the 27th so I then emailed the company about the issue and instead of owning up to screwing up I get an automated text msg that I have been refunded the money for the shipping i was not concerned about the money I was concerned about getting my truck on the road before Memorial Day weekend.... do not recommend them to anybody

I called this company to order a part at the start of their business day. I specifically asked if I paid the overnight shipping could I have my part overnight (please keep in mind that I only live 4 hours from this company) I paid for overnight shipping and received a tracking number for the overnight shipment and here I am 11 days and I have no part and I have called three times asking for my refund. The last time I called I was told that the refunds were only issued on certain days and that I would have the refund by the end of that week. Sent 1206 international harvester injection pump, was told it needed a head and rotor.Recieved 4 cylinder Injection pump 6 weeks later. Mine is a 6 cylinder injection pump.Finally got a 6 cylinder injection pump but it would not pump. They were having a problem with certain employees not doing their job properly, But bent over backwards to rectify the problem, once the rotation on the pump was corrected from clockwise to counterclockwise rotation it worked supremely, Thank you Bill and Zack for going above and beyond in service and customer satisfaction.

Do not buy from this place bought a set of injectors about a year ago one was bad when it showed up and now another one went bad for rebuilt injectors they should last longer than that sad they dont have enough confidence in a product to only put a year warranty on them.

Ordered manual glow plug relay and glow plugs for 7.3 IDI. My order was never sent after contacting them they sent it 5 days late. I received the wrong glow plugs and was told I would get a return label for the glow plugs 2 weeks later Im writing this review with no results...Do not order from this company they have no common sense and no customer service

Before making my purchase of a set of 8 injector and glow plugs for a diesel 6.0 L - I did a lot of research with many sites and sellers of these particular parts. After all, I found that Diesel Care & Performance Inc was the most reliable of them all. Chris the sales agent was very informative and knowledgeable about the part. Oh, and they dont charge you upfront for the core, they hold a credit card on file (electronically) via docu-sign and that it. No charge up front. Love it. Great experience.

Their website states 100% Customer Satisfaction. They do not mean that at all. I gave them every chance to make my order right and they chose to not care. I purchased a set of injectors for a Ford F350 that we were having the engine rebuilt on (all new or rebuilt parts on the entire engine, so they could not say it was some other issue). Our mechanic installed the injectors and started the truck and it ran terrible. He did some tests and one of the injectors showed FAIL. We called their customer service and were told they would send out a replacement injector. The mechanic suggested we have the other 7 injectors tested as he was getting reports of failure on another injector. So we had all 8 removed and tested at a different diesel shop that specializes in rebuilding injectors and other parts. The cost for testing was $360 ($45 per injector). all 8 injectors FAILED their testing (low fuel output). We contacted Diesel Care and Performance and were received by rather argumentative people. Our injectors dont fail, we sell tens of thousands of these every year and they dont fail... it is usually the users fault, our injectors do not fail.... After much arguing that I did have a failed test report, they finally agreed to allow us to return the injectors for a refund. Once they received the injectors they refunded only a PARTIAL payment. They charged a restocking fee and shipping. ON FAILED PARTS. They claimed that the injectors passed their test and they would not accept a test from someone else. So we are out THOUSANDS of dollars in extra labor, testing, shipping and so on. When I tried to work it out they kept saying that I didnt know anything about injector testing and they passed their tests except for one injector which they admitted did indeed fail. So Im supposed to trust the other 7, which showed fail on an independent test report just because you say so? No offer to cover our labor, our extra cost for gaskets that need to be repurchased, no offer to even refund OUR FULL PAYMENT. I will NEVER buy from these people again. Poor customer service. Poor sales service. Bad business. Save your money, go to someone who actually cares about the customer. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!

Do not buy lb7 injectors from this place not worth the headache. Replaced injectors twice from this place in 3 weeks time. Ended up returning for refund and got charged over 100 dollars for restocking fee because they said 7 of the 8 injectors was good when they received them back and tested. Charged a late fee for injectors that were supposed to be picked up, they change their policy on cores like i change my socks. This was after I had received a bad set of injectors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Ther is a reason parts are cheap, you get what you pay for.

After they said they tested the parts(injectors) and sent them back they were still bad when installed. So many hours spent on their junk parts that we cant charge customers. Because we arent a scam of a company like this one. Stay far away from them.

Not the best quality for sure, installed a set of 8 injectors on a Ford 7.3 didnt make it out of our shop two injectors were bad. They sent us two more vehicle left running good and now another one has gone bad less than 6 months later. Cheap isnt always better!!!!!

Shipped a faulty injector pump, refused to make it right. On top of this, they charged me more for the core charge than the rebuilt injection pump even cost! They had no information of the cost of the core charge. I would give them zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As a business owner I have had to pay my employee triple labor because your injectors are bad. The first set we got had 4 injectors were bad called they said they would resend another set got the set 3 days later and again 4 more injectors are bad. After calling to talk about a claim due to an upset customer and still bad injectors all the company said is we cant do anything but you can send them back and we can test them and charge you a restock fee if they come back good to use. I would recommend for no one to use this company EVER......

Ordered 6.4 injectors from them to go with a new engine install, they communicated ok, shipment was at a reasonable speed. The truck was at my local shop for 11 months with problem after problem that they just couldnt quite pinpoint. Finally they sent the injectors out for testing and they came back bad, I contacted Diesel Care and they asked me to mail them in so they could test them themselves. They contacted me shortly later to say they had no problems with the injectors and they all passed so much so as the guy I talked to would have even put them in his own truck. We put them back in the truck and problems persisted, finally I took it from the local shop and had to ship it all the way from Northern Michigan to Tennessee to one of the leading repair facilities in the US, first thing they told me was the injectors were bad. I assured them it couldnt be the case so they went ahead and replaced them to show that it was indeed the problem, finally after over a year the truck is running perfect and Diesel Cares response to the entire situation was well now your out of your warranty period, sorry we cant do anything to help.This is how they stand behind their product. 5000 dollars worth of shipping, parts and repair bills and a year worth of no truck because of their garbage parts.

Good company for hard to find diesel parts. Have an old pickup with an IDI 7.3 and they had pump and injectors in stock ready to go. Truck runs like a brand new one after installation.

I ordered a diesel injection pump for one of my old 95 Chevy 6.5 L .Excellent service all my questions were answered I receive my product extremely quick works great ! Very satisfied with the product and the price .I have an old 1969 Ford Tractor, I will be taking that injection pump off and sending it in for rebuild to diesel care performance.
