Now I love MAPCO. The gas, the rewards, it’s always clean, even the new ATM which I use because they are connected with my bank and I get free withdrawals . But one thing about this particular location is they never ever ever ever ever ever ever, have ice. At the drink station. This MAPCO is 5 minutes away from my home so it’s only right I visit this one. Please fix the ice machine

I was told my rewards membership had expired and that it needed to be renewed. No problem there right! I purchasd the 16oz coffee and was charged $1.64 for it. So I asked the cashier if that was the correct price for a small because i use to visit this store every morning after work. She said yes it is. I left that store and went to another store after i paid for my 16oz cup of coffee. My rewards number was active. I asked the cashier how much was the small cup of coffee without a rewards number and was given the correct price. The theft was done by a so called active manager that comes in at 6 a.m. and the same person that over charged me for something i get every morning. I dont know her name but i know she was the reason i started going to a differnt location earlier this year.

Staff are very nice. Most products feel overpriced. Dont use the restrooms here, mens room is constantly messed up somehow. Cant really speak for the womens restroom.

Where do you find all these women employees with such horrible attitudes? 11/12/19 12 noon. Cashier had the nastiest disposition I have ever witnessed!

I love Mapco so much cuz the customers are always treated nice. Store is neat and the bathroom is very clean. Thank yall

This is the nicest neatest cleanest store with the best bathrooms of all of Memphis . And some of the nicest ladies work here . Thank you for caring .

Long line with only on person to handle

I needed a lightning cable for my iPhone. They had it behind the ice cream cooler. When I went closer to look at the cable the clerk starts yelling, You cannot come this side. Seriously you cannot expect me to buy stuff without looking at it.

Went to purchase a lottery ticket. It obviously was in a middle of a shift change. Cashiers were rude, talking on the phone instead of assisting customers. I finally left after the clerk left me at the counter to talk on the phone.
