Im not sure about others experience based on the reviews but the person I worked with, I think her name was Sherry, was great. She was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. I bought a new fridge for a great price, no problems.
Absolutely the worst customer service in the world. If these folks are paid on commission, they are all homeless. This review is based on more than one occurrence of shopping. Theyre all the same. They either dont want to help you, know nothing about their products, pricing or how their own delivery works. I ended up spending a little more for appliances at Lowes but at least they have a clue on how to treat people.
I bought a Flat screen TV. NO INTEREST for 24 MONTHS. I had a balance of roughly $1300 to pay it off...LESS THAN 12 MONTHS of owning it...paid in full!!!I get a bill with a past due amount of $39 they seem to think I owe them.....statement said....interest - .99Will NOT be going back, and will be canceling the #hhgregg credit card!!! 0 stars as far as Im concerned!
The lady I talked to in the store was helpful and a good listener. Their delivery service sucks. The give me the wrong time. When I try to call customer service I spend five minutes trying to get through. When I finally get through I get put on hold for 10 minutes and all get is a very uninformative nonanswer
Clean store, helpful knowledgeable employees of the inventory and great selection.
Not a fan. Employees are not helpful. Spent ten minutes or so looking at TVs. Not as single employee approached us. There were a couple standing and chatting together the entire time. Probably wont go back.
Sales staff is lazy and the buying process needs an update. Product wise and price wise i have been very happy
I purchased a huge problem washing machine (samsung aquajet vrt)from hhgreg and played hell getting them out several times for warranty work until they finally agreed that it was just a bad machine and to give me a new one..stupidly thinking they worked out kinks in the design I went with the newer version of the same machine..horrible mistake I havent even had it for six months and already doesnt work AT ALL!! We payed $150.00 extra when picking up to get a 5 yr extended warranty since our previous machine was such a disaster..well upon consulting with them and following the prompts for service when I called the store I was transferred to samsung warranty service and told I should spend some MORE TIME troubleshooting the machine..Not acceptable Ive troubleshot and researched this issue online till I was a crazed person for 2 weeks before calling them since I knew it would be a huge hassle getting any help from them..I called the store back and told them that this was NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL and still was only left with an associate turning it over to a tech that would not be able to even speak to me about the issue for 3 days!!! Get it together hhgreg!! If your going to sell and warranty garbage be prepared and have plenty of techs available..I already spent hundreds washing clothes the last time at the laundromat and was only reimbursed $25.00 and now your telling me I wont be washing for another week at least since its goin to take them 3 days to call theres no telling how long to get them out!! Im very disappointed and unsatisfied with the purchase,service,and warranty at this point..all the starving companies and people out of work in memphis and u cant even get a tech to call for 3 days?? Im not asking for favors from any of u all hhgreg I just want what I paid for from u guys in a timely manner your service is extremely lacking and Ill never shop with u guys again and Ill Def never get another samsung machine..this is total garbage and a toddler could have done better business
DO NOT USE HHGREG!!!! I have a year extended warranty on a washer I purchased. I called to have it service and I am still waiting!!! It has been a week and I have not heard a word from the service department. I will NEVER purchase another item from them!!!
I spent 15-20 minutes studying a product. Not a single employee asked whether I needed help.
Poor customer service and the warranty is a joke. Do not buy from them. They wont honor anything you buy from them and the warranty company has their head too far up their asses to even know whats going on.
Because their warranty it is suck & people who work just take advantage to buy item just dont buy anything from them.
Never can find assistance in the store. Not enough employees working.
