Insist upon itemized statement of any purchase involving software. Ensure youre not being charged for genuine, licensed software. Make sure you get the non-genuine, unlicensed, pirated-software discount. Beware!

While a little slow/backlogged, they did a good job at a reasonable price. Saved my bacon ( my external disk drive) while I was on the road.

I brought my laptop in to fix the keyboard and got it back with speakers that didnt work, and they couldnt figure out how to fix it. And my laptop looks like its missing some screws now. Really poor job.
