Customer service was very professional. I loive out of state (serial states away) and this was the only shop I could find that sold the glasses I wanted. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery and they arrived precisely at 8 weeks. They were extremely well packaged with all glasses intact. I was very worried I would have multiple breaks and have to wait for replacements but everything turned out perfect. I am extremely pleased with the service I received through the ordering process and delivery service.

Great place for any gift you may need, and I love being greeted by my name when I go in. I have been a customer since it was in Germantown and I have never been disappointed in the service or merchandise. It usually takes me about five minutes to find exactly what I need, and if I need suggestions the staff is great to share their ideas. Their gift warp is wonderful and I am always proud to take a gift to someone from Babcocks! I have known Brooks Terry, the new owner since childhood and he is an awesome guy! So shop local and support Babcocks!

Babcock Gift is my favorite gift shop in Memphis. They have awesome drinkware and pottery. Tons of unique things you cant find anywhere else.

Great merchandise and good experience if they have what you need and you arent bothered being followed. Prices are a bit of a sticker shock. You are paying for the amenities. The customer service isnt what it used to be. They put on airs too much and over sell the experience of shopping at a more upscale store. I made a comment on a facebook post which was subsequently removed about free gift wrap. I guess it isnt my kind of store since the move to the new location and change in service.

This gift shop is a gem. The sales people are snobby AF but Ive never been disappointed in the selection. The pottery and crystal are what Ive bought most often. I know its a standard for old Memphis money to have a bridal registry here. Its not disappointing in any of their selection.I always have difficult people with refined tastes to buy for..And this is where I come!

I have purchased countless gifts here over the years but was refused service during my most recent visit. I have a medical exemption that does not allow me to wear a mask and I was told I could not shop there regardless. There was not another customer in the store allowing for ample social distancing. This is against the law and I am so disappointed with their discrimination practice against those with medical conditions.

Stopped in to shop while on a trip.. Sales people were kinda rude...(I had been traveling for several hours so I was a little unkempt) but that didnt affect the amount of money I had to spend.. I wouldnt come back even if I lived there! Come down off your pedestalfolks!

Extremely disappointed. The gift I bought was not sent as promised; a gift card was substituted without my consent. No attempt was made by management to rectify or compensate for this when I learned of the switch.
