My experience at mattress firm was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and polite. I asked questions and they were answered. I got no attitudes. They were respectful. They smiled. They asked how was my day they said thank you. When I was finished they said have a good day. I went to the store in Memphis Tennessee on Union avenue. Thank you all for making my shopping experience very easy .

So smooth and easy! Rico and Torren came in professionally, very courteous, and got the job done quickly. They even gave instructions on using the remote for our mattress base. Excellent customer service!!

I wrote a good review a few weeks ago because I did get a great bed delivered promptly. BUT now I have to write a bad review because I was also talked into buying a pillow bundle that was supposed to come through the mail (UPS). It never came. Ive been given the runaround for 3 weeks now. Tried to talk to several employees, etc... Im out $300 on this one. Finally I gave up and dealt directly with my credit card company to get my money back. Still waiting on a customer service call from Mattress Firm ... but not holding my breath!!

I had a really great experience at Mattress Firm the process went really well and I got attended to really quickly. The service was well I believe the individual who provided such amazing help was Quemal, he did an astounding service in helping find a mattress and getting a bundle. No issues at all :)

LET ME START BY SAYING THAT THERE SHOULD BE A BRAD AT EVERY MATTRESS FIRM LOCATION. I have currently been relocated to Memphis, TN for work due to my Daughter being xferd here by the Military. Im here to make the Transition easier for her. I needed a Queen Box Spring For The Queen Mattress I purchased a week ago. Initially I contacted the Mattress Firm Location @ 328 Goodman South Haven MS. It was too early, but I received a text stating I will be contacted when the location opens at 1000 hours. Never received a call from anyone. So I call that location and spoke to Amber. I advised her of the Queen 9 inch Box Spring I wanted to order. She said it would be delivered on Thursday. I said thank you. I called her back and I said the item has express delivery. Is Thursday Express she stated yes.I was disappointed because I needed a box spring as soon as I can get. Amber didnt engage or say possibly theres another item I could get quicker. The Mattress I have Is Great. But it would be AMAZING if I had a box spring. So I start looking at other Mattress Firm locations. Well, I found one I spoke with Brad. I told him what I was looking for. Though he advised me he may not have the one available I saw online. But he will do his best to accommodate me. WELL, GUESS WHAT?? Brad not only accommodated me, but because I was working and hadnt received the email he sent. He sent the link to my phone. I was able to access the site to enter my credit card info to pay for the purchase. My Box Spring Will Be Delivered On Sunday. Not Thursday. Brad did everything he could to get me a Box Spring. He took the time to ask me questions. He empathized with me and stated he wanted me to have good sleep comfortably. Brad Went The Extra Mile. Thats HOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DONE. THATS CLOSING A SALE. Amber you could take some pointers.

First time mattress shopper, and this place is great! Christine walks you through everything from mattress size, to firmness, to materials. And she doesnt push the high stuff either, if you lay out a budget, she finds the best mattress that fits that budget. Very friendly, extremely helpful, and the price wasnt half bad either.

I purchased a mattress and floor panel from a different location and needed some assistance with moving the purchased items to my new location so they helped me with items to bag my mattress and floor panel and seal it ! Scam alert: As a customer of Matressfirm, its easy to understand why they are in BANKRUPTCY COURT. Ive purchased two high end beds from Mattress firm in the last 20 years spending over 4000.00. Yesterday, I purchased a bed cover...when I got home I realized it was 400% more money than buying online so I attempted to take it back today. In small print on the receipt they had to printed (they didnt give me one) the clerk showed that IT WAS NOT RETURNABLE. They said it was corporate policy but I figured they might be able to as I was a long term customer...they didnt care, so I tried to contact customer care which I found doesnt exist. The phone system is set up as a loop where you are connected back to the store which will not help you. Other things of note...for both beds they lost my records, Good luck trying to use your warranty. I will not be buying from them again.To recapWill lose your records of purchase(lost mine twice)different stores so its not an accident.Extremely high prices for accessoriesWillfully omitted important information when buying.Will claim corporate policy to avoid normal business customer service practicesIf you try and contact corporate, you get a loop back to storeconclusion. Purposefully set up to have horrendous customer service after purchase as a corporate decision

I went into the store with a very strict budget and the store manager Chris was very understanding. First he had me lay on the different mattress types, showed me the ones (admittedly there were very few) that were close to my price range and then let me wander the store trying out different ones on my own. I really hate the stores where the agent follows you around, asking about everything, and Im really glad Christ just showed me the ropes and then let me be until I had a question. When I did find a mattress, he gave me a bunch of discounts including the delivery charge and the mattress was delivered to my apartment that evening. Great service!!
