Needed my Old ignition switched removed. To do that, all you need to do is drill out the tumblers, twist, and pull. What does this place do? Drill all the way through it and into my steering column and told my wife “there’s a price that broke off and I can’t get it out. It might be easier to buy a new steering column.” YEAH BECAUSE YOU BROKE IT. Guess who I’m about to make buy me a new column?

Total botched radiator job. Rigged my radiator up, made a new home for my radiator cap, carelessly did not reconnect my fan, did not replace radiator tube to its reservoir (just left it dangling under the hood, I had to buy a new one to fit), left a pool of coolant in my garage, and they had no receipts.I had to go to a shop 30 mins after they left because my car was running hot. My motor could have locked up.I would not recommend this mechanic.

Calvin picked up the phone on a Sunday at 723a and took down my info to pass it along to a mechanic. He couldnt find anyone so he came out himself. Calvin fixed my car and had me on the road by 1p and I made it back to Chicago. Im grateful! Even two days later I had a question about my car and he still picked up the phone and helped me out.

My mobile mechanic was also much more efficient than a traditional auto repair mechanic. They are definitely underrated and undervalued! I can’t recommend this Memphis Mobile Mechanic enough! These people are a total scam. I hate writing nasty reviews but we got stuck on the side of a busy road with a completely dead vehicle, on a trip. We had gone 300 miles and no problem so we had no idea what was wrong with it. The first man I talked to on the phone was nice enough and sent someone out but the next man was completely unprofessional and I could hardly understand him for his mumbling. When he did get there he was driving a vehicle that looked like it came out of a junkyard. The windshield was broken, the hood was held down by a bungee cord, and the radiator was tied in with baling twine. No lie, no exaggeration. He poked around in the engine with a screwdriver, and used our own jump cables to try and jump it and he had less clue about engines than my husband. He still charged us $50 for coming out and saying he had no idea. NEVER call these people- the other reviews can not be real, or else they arent for that company. I wish I could give this business --5 stars.

Mobile Mechanic Memphis was a pleasure to do business with. Within 15 minutes, the mechanic was road side, ready to help fix the issue. He disagnosed the issue right away, found the problem and fixed it. Within just minutes, I was able to drive away.I ended up making it to my appointment on time, which I’m still shocked about. I almost decided to call and cancel because of this, but luckily there was no need to. Special thanks to this mobile mechanic. If it wasn’t for him arriving and fixing my vehicle so quickly, I would of surely had to rearrange my schedule.

On are way to Covington Ga from phx az. The truck alternator went out in Graceland nothing was open on Sunday . Called this gentlemen told him the issue he was on the way and there with in 30min. Stopped and got the alternator his fee was $90. We went to pay him he only wanted to charge $65. Due to the price of the alternator. We gave him $90 anyways. If it wasnt for this young man we would still be sitting there. Thank you so much.
