Pretty good, service was fast and windshield replacement was tested the next due to the rain. I will recommend them to someone in need of a windshield repair or replacement.

My car was broken into today when I got off work this morning and turned what was a good day into a very bad one in a split second. I called Universal and they were able to get me in the same day! I pulled in and talked to a very professional front desk attendant and they were able to repair the window in an hour at a very fair price! Sorry, but I cannot recommend. I had two sliding glass doors going out onto my patio that were not rolling smoothly. They came and adjusted the wheels at the bottom of the doors. They spent less than 15 minutes in my condo and charged me $175. They do work great now, but I am sure you can find someone to do that for a much more reasonable fee.
