Our 2020 Honda Accord was hit by a wreckless driver while we were in Walmart. After calling L&D Towing Mr.Fludd came and pickup our Honda. Took it to their body shop for our insurance to appraise the damage. We had our car back in 72 hours repaired. L&D Towing & Collision has been a blessing thank you guys

My fuel pump went out in a neighborhood in Olive Branch. I was stressed out to the max and every company was quoting at least 1 to 2 hours before arrival. A really nice guy by the name of Fludd came in 25 minutes and had me at my shop in 20 more. He even dropped me off in my neighborhood entrance so I didnt have to walk home. THANK YOU.

I really need to know whats going on with my vehicle. The collision department has not yet delivered my car. I dont know if its completely fixed or not.

Yesterday our Maybach Mercedes caught a flat on I-40 around 5oclock traffic. The driver from L&D Towing Mr.Fludd was there in 20 mins or less during 5 oclock traffic to assist us with towing our vehicle to a local tire shop. Most definitely will use them again if Im ever in Memphis or surrouding areas

F350 broke down in Mississippi Mr.Fludd picked me up and carried me back to Memphis at 2am Reliability should be these guys name 2 thumbs up for the service and communication

When i called for a tow truck, i was told the wait time was between 35-40 mins. I called them after 45 mins and was told they was going to have their driver call me. He texted me 10 mins after that conversation and asked where was i located. I gave him my location which i thought the company was supposed to do. By then an hour had passed. So i texted the driver asking was he on the way. He gave me a response time of 45 mins. So i texted him back and asked why and i had been waiting an hour already. He texted me and said he just got the order and he would be there asap. I called back to the tow company at least 5 times and noone answered. He like im 15 mins away and as soon as i drop this car, Im on the way. He finally arrived and got the car. Upon dropping my mom and her car off, she was told she had to pay $125 but when i called i was told $85. So that is what she paid. It should have been discounted for the hour and a half wait time. Dont recommend using them for future business. Very disappointed in their services

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I was given an ETA of 20 minutes. I called after 30 minutes and they said they were on their way. I waited for OVER two hours. I called 3 other times and they did not answer. My insurance company called and couldn’t reach them either. They do not value their customers’ time nor do they respect customers enough to answer the phone. 0 out of 10, would NOT recommend......especially if it’s an emergency.

The Driver was fast and friendly! They had a great rate and I was recommended by a friend! I will use them again if I ever need towing!!

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT CALL L&D Towing & Collision!!!! They are unprofessional, and every time you call they say its going to be 45 minutes, what turns into 2 to 4 hours or more!!!

Nice folks they pulled me out when I got stuck deep but it sucks that I have to pay $288.75 but I do recommend their service
