LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES!!!Nobody saved me, but I’m here to save you.This is a real review the others are fake. This establishment is a pathetic ripoff. Never go here They are not about fixing your car, but your pockets.if you have insurance be prepared for higher rates due to the repair cost. Money hungry is the perfect term to describe. The guy homer Jones is the main character. His crew are not as bad but everything starts with him. I sent my mother to get an estimate for a vehicle. He told her a price of 3700. A few days later I went and got an estimate of 3100. This is where it gets worse. I originally walked out on that estimate, but returned later and another staff member assisted. The estimate dropped all the way down for the same to equal 2100. Thousands of dollar differences that would go in the pockets not towards repair. I agreed to that estimate only to bring in my car and get a call from Homer saying I would need up to $1000 more worth of repairs. It’s so much happens of shady ness I don’t feel like typing. Moral of story DO NOT GO HERE!

My car looked brand new when I picked up my car after almost being totaled! He worked with me and got the job done exceptionally and happy to have my car.Thank you omni body paint although alot of body shops was bagged due to covid back stop on certain parts they still got everything done quickly as possible ❤

Not worth the money or time.BAD SERVICE, BAD PAINT JOB AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Took 3 months to get it painted and still wasn’t done.Paid the normal fees and my car was looking horrible and just messy.MESSY PAINT JOB.I’m not sure if they take their job seriously or what because I had paint dripping on my chairs and on the control panel. Didn’t even have the decency to cover the chairs with plastic. I am no car genius but it is just common sense to cover places to prevent them from getting messy but they don’t care they just want money.NOTHING BUT LIES.Told me it would be done in a couple of weeks,IT WAS DONE 3 MONTHS LATER AND THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE.Take your self somewhere that actually knows what they are doing and doesn’t just care about money. My car is peeling and filled with paint.Go somewhere else and save yourself the stress and anger.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I took my car to them September 2020 and they were supposed to fix my car.I paid close to 4000 dollars to get my car fixed.First, it took him 2 weeks to look at my car and get back to me. That should have been a red flag for me after he told me it would take a few days to look at it. They finally looked at my car and he gave me my estimate for the car which was originally 3000 and SOMETHING . I asked him how long would it take to fix the car he told me about a few weeks. I was ok with that desperately wanting my car fixed. They wasn’t updating me on anything. I had to call to see how far long they were etc. After I agreed for him to start fixing my car he did the most unprofessional thing ever. He called me almost 2 months later to tell me he had to add 600 more dollars to my original agreed signed on paper estimate. I asked why did he do that without consulting with me first. He stated well you needed that part and the car wasn’t going to be right without the part. I was baffled at how he handled that situation. If I needed that part cool but call me first. You would have thought he would call first to update and inform me. The manager humor or whatever his name supposed to be took advantage of me being that I’m a woman. I finally got my car out the shop it seemed ok but by time the weekend hit something was dragging from under my car loud noise. I called and he stated for me to bring it back. Which I did and they fixed it so I was happy he fixed that issue. But now it’s only been a few months and my car is messed up again. My tire the rear side is leaning in. So when driving I’m swerving and that’s scary. I noticed the side I had a wreck on was looking weird so I called 03/13/2021 and he stated to bring car to shop on Monday. I said ok I will be there. That man could have killed me and my daughter my car wasn’t properly fixed right and they put my car together any kind of way. As I’m driving trying to make it home my car started to swerve and slide everywhere throughout the rode. My car almost flipped over why me and my daughter was in the car. If I pay 4000 dollars my car should have been fixed right. I had to call my insurance company and just find someone else. I try to keep my business with my black people however they are the people who get over on you. I’m so upset I paid all that money for my car to not even be fixed correctly. They are a rip-off. I try not to give bad ratings but when you almost kill me and my daughter because of unprofessional work it’s a issue for me. I rather pay the white before I go back to this so call business. And by the way they never put my rug in my car driver side. My car had all 4 rugs and now I have 3.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Go anywhere but here. I got my car painted less than a year ago and it is starting to chips everywhere? They never removed the paint underneath neither did they remove the rails from the top of the car which THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT. I took it back and the owner didn’t even say hello to me since of course it was going to come out of pocket for him. Their work DOESNT reflect the work of someone that has been in business for 18 years. The black plastic parts in my car where painted all over they left screw loose. They are very unprofessional. They told me that my car would be ready in 3-4 weeks it took them 2 1/2 MONTHS that was unacceptable but I already payed them what could I have done. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, and MENTAL WELL-BEING DONT GO HERE!

Omni is better than economic kinda competing with Macao they all have their flaws but this place is better at getting everything right even if you have to bring it back

Omni body in Body Shop is one greatest place in body shop to take your car to have it repaired my good friend Homer Jones and owner is one of the best body mens that you could ever meet and his staff is friendly and great to workI suggest anybody who needs their car repaired for body work take it to Omni body work and they will have your car looking brand new.

The owner is very knowledgeable and honest. I didnt get fast talked at all. He explained everything to me in Laymans term. Very personable person. I felt very comfortable best customer service by far that Ive received at a auto shop. Anytime I need auto work/or services he can provide I will go here. Prices were the most reasonable out of a total of 6 places. Got my dodge nitro hit two times by deers. We live in a area where deers are heavy. My mirror was messed up he fixed that with no problem. The second time I couldnt open my door. He also fixed that as well. I recommend this shop to everyone.
