Our car was stalling frequently. We went to a general auto shop who told us to go to a transmission place. Transmission place told us to go to a dealership. Had to wait 2.5 weeks for an opening at this dealership service center. We were quoted ~$2,500 in optional and pointless repairs but also quoted $700 to replace a sensor that may (or may not) fix the problem. Chose to pay $80 or $90 to cover the diagnostics and take the car home. Had my brother look at it. In less than 15 minutes, he had determined that a common cause of our problem was the air intake tube and discovered that ours had 2 MASSIVE holes in it. We waited several weeks and paid $80+ for that?! A simple $70 part from the local supply store and 10 minutes to replace it and the car drives just fine.

I purchased my first car from this dealership. They are very professional, patient, and kind. No hassle sales. Phoebe was my salesperson and she is great! She is professional and knowledgeable of the inventory. Definitely will be back for another purchase in the future and will recommend to my friends and family. Go see them, you wont regret it

Took 4 hours to complete multi point inspection and change oil with a scheduled appointment. Uses lower quality parts so they wear faster. Missed several items that needed attention during the multipoint i spe tion- brakes needed fliud and cabin & engine air filter were filthy after a reinspect a week later. Service representative are miss leading and agruementive.

The entirety of my experience with AutoNation Nissan was terrible. I would advise you to consider another dealership first, or at least go with your gut when you first walk in, because unfortunately I did not. I had called earlier this year to schedule an appointment to have a recall fixed on my Maxima, and also to have them look at the sunroof that was making a noise, since it was still under warranty. They said they would have to order the part, but said theyd let me know when it got in. I waited about 3 months I think, but never heard from them (which was sort of foreshadowing). I called them back and they told me the part had arrived sometime in the meantime, and scheduled me for an appointment.I took my car in and they fixed the recall and looked at my sunroof. They said it would need to be fixed by the body shop and that I had to call them myself. I called the body shop about 2 weeks later and they told me it was not them who would fix it, but rather the service department. So I told AutoNation service department and they told me to bring my car back in. I scheduled another appointment, but asked if the service manager could call me before dropping it off again to see if he thought it was something they could actually address. No call. I dropped it off again and was told the sunroof needed to be replaced. They had to order the part. So I took my car back home and returned to the dealership when it had arrived. Heres where it gets really bad.I dropped my car off and they had it for about 38 days... (I did have a loaner vehicle covered under my warranty, fortunately). I understand sometimes things get backed up and delays happen. But I did not receive a call, text, or email from the service department. Not even one. Every update I received was from me calling them to ask what was going on, wondering why it had been another two weeks or so without an update. They moved my car to a completely different body shop without my knowledge. I spoke to the service manager, who really is a nice guy, and he apologized and said he would call me 3 days later to update me on what had happened.. 2.5 weeks later I had not heard anything, so I decided to contact him. I was notified my car was returned to the dealership the day before and they had to reattach a couple parts but that it was now ready for pickup. I wondered when they would have let me know that it was actually ready if I had not reached out?I picked up my vehicle later that day. It was pretty filthy on the outside. Nothing had been touched/cleaned on the inside, which was kind of a surprise, as in the past when Ive had service performed, the dealership often at least wipes your car down as a courtesy. I assumed they would try to do something to make the situation right, or at least try to go above and beyond, but I felt like they knew they dropped the ball on this one and decided to just let it be.

I brought my 2017 Nisan Rouge there with extension warranty. Since the sun roof control panel was dropped and need replace/repair for a total cost of 1100 $. I was told by the girl at reception that the insurance request was sent to insurance company for approval about one month ago. But until today, nothing happen and I am still waiting. I am so regret to buy Nissan

Auto Nation Nissan on Hackcross is a joke. All I wanted was a quote on a part and service if possible. I waited over 2 hours for them to tell me that I need the part ( which we both knew ) and also to tell me they don’t have the part. Do you know they wanted to charge me for taking my truck to back for over 2 hours to push a button up and down and realizing that it didn’t work. Please don’t do business with them you will regret it. So if you have any story like this share them so we can warm other. I got to admit I do love the coffee and donuts but I won’t step a foot in that place anymore I’ll drive to Wolfchase Nissan.
